The problem with his handling of Iran wasn't the bombing, it was doing nothing for weeks until Israel started publicly ordering the US to bomb Iran, and then he suddenly bombed Iran. If he'd just bombed them right at the start, without the bad optics of appearing to do Israel's bidding, nobody would've much cared. Nobody got that up in arms over drone striking Yemen or whatever since January.
