I get that argument, and I agree it's a really dark circumstance, but is it not even a bit more complicated than that?

Certainly bosses in modern day exert some unfair influence over their employees that complicate consent?

The guy doesn't have any real political capital without Trump and his money isn't going to make up for his terrible people skills. At best he'd end up making a sidegrade to the national Libertarian party, except their conventions would be about how much storage space a pajeet's brain takes up on a hard drive and not a practiced recital of age of consent laws in all 50 states.

The only case here that's really worth any notice is the Aspludh case which, unfortunately, was just a civil suit. None of those executives are going to prison. And the company itself rakes in billions a year; they can afford to pay the fine.

I agree with Fawn Brodie (author of Thomas Jefferson: An Intimate History) on this. Let's take Occam's Razor into account; which one is more plausible:
  1. People trying to rehabilitate Jefferson by claiming the affair was the 1800's equivalent to an attack ad from political opponents/really the fault of Jefferson's brother
  2. "Never ask a white supremacist the race of his girlfriend."

The thing is that it isn't from the 1800s. Based on his grandson's report, historians in the past said that one of his nephews had been the father of Hemings's children. It's only during the late 20th and 21st century the claims that Thomas Jefferson was the father started popping up.
