i've talked about this before, but yeah that sums up Canada's housing market,too. People in the Greater Toronto and vancouver areas get priced out, then it spread out into the smaller communities like a cancer and skyrockets their cost too, then eventually speads to other states/provinces until eventually the epicenter of it all has a housing price collapse because nobody can afford 1 million dollars for a 1950's 2 bedroom bungalow fixer upper. the speculators have already cashed out, the people still in it are holding the bag for a house that is rapidly falling in price and will never recoup their money from because inventory is now piling up and nobody is going to pay 1 million dollars for a 400k house anymore

So are prices going to radiate out like a ripple or deflate like a balloon with a hole in it?

So Congress would either be gimping our ability to quickly handle threats abroad by making everything a cumbersome war or they open up their own guy to getting impeached for drone striking an Arab wedding in the future.

People have been leaving NY for Florida, SC, NC and other states for years steadily. It's very common in NY to have an attitude that once I retire I move south to enjoy the fruits of my labor in much better weather mainly from just boomers.
