Congress could. Impeachment is a option but not viable under current conditions. Resetting the circuit courts is another option, that only requires a simple majority, but that is equal to firing a fucking Halo Ring. You would clear the bench and rebuild it from scratch.

They should be taken out for bad conduct. Even better if the supreme court themselves ruled they are acting in bad conduct. Before you give me optimistic, I know it isn't going to happen.
