Wasn't there also a study that the Swedes did showing that Vitamin D3 deficiencies in parents correllated to higher autism rates in children as well? Their African "refugees" kept having autism babies because lack of sunlight. COVID showed that most Americans are D3 deficient, we don't get out in the sun enough any more, and it's a huge part of a functional immune system.

Yes sun exposure is important but a lot of people miss important context and missed it during covid as well.

1. Vitamin D is lower in individuals with obesity and metabolic syndrome
2. Obesity and metabolic syndrome are associated with constant low level inflammation
3. Even acute inflammation can rapidly drop vitamin D blood levels

As such it's possible that vitamin D levels are lower in obesity because they are unhealthy.

So this may be yet another indicator for poor overall health linking to autism rates not just sun exposure alone. Low vitamin D may predict it, because vitamin D is low in unhealthy people sun exposure or not.

Regardless, whether healthy or not, get your levels checked and supplement if necessary. Get sun exposure too, but many don't live in an area where they can get enough to get up to normal levels, even in the US.

This would actually be something I'd want screened for fertility/pregnancy appointments along with metabolic health indicators (HOMA-IR, pre-pregnancy waist circumference, etc).

I'll just say, I'm GLAD that at least a sliver of South America is experiencing some stability. It is less problems for us and less problems for them. If they love their leader, and by all accounts he loves them, with Bukele sending all the gangs to prison like fucking Batman, it means they're less likely to leave their country, and more likely to try and better it. Hopefully El Salvador gets a killer economic deal during the Tarrif Wars TM and gets rich. With how the Dems have turned their country into a talking point, I think they deserve it.

A judge said that the President doesn't have the right to do President things if some district court judge says they don't want him to do President things (This happened across several districts mostly of Biden/Obama judges that aren't even citizens.)
But by the time the judge declared herself dictator (to save their democracy), the MS-13 asshole was already in the air flying to El Salvador, because fuck that wetback faggot and fuck that cunty judge
So she declared that the military had to turn around mid-flight and return him
That didn't happen
So she demanded Trump hand over all documentation about the decision making process of deciding to fly him over there when they knew she would have prohibited it
That didn't happen
So she declared that The Trump admin had to fly him back from El Salvador to the US immediately
That didn't happen
So she declared that the Trump admin had to stage an invasion of El Salvador to recover the illegal
That didn't happen
So now she's declaring Trump in contempt, maybe, sorta, ok not really but she's THINKING it real hard
