I still remember when they suddenly pivoted from Masks Don't Work to Masks Mandatory, and one of the explanations going around was, to paraphrase "Oh well we wanted to make sure hospitals could buy up all the masks first so we lied about the effectiveness to avoid a run on them". Everything there stinks.

As for the pardons shit, extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, will be curious to see what they back this with. I'm 100% in the camp of "If Biden didn't know and didn't order the pardon, then they're invalid" but proving that is a hell of a hurdle.
Apparently millions of masks were recalled by China as 'defective' then sold back to us at a markup.

Because the Constitution grants the President the power to pardon or grant clemency for any crime he wants, barring impeachment. If President Biden actually granted those pardons, then that's it, they're done. But the question is whether he really did, or if he was slumbering in the basement in a puddle of piss as his aides issued pardons.
I could be wrong, but I was always under the impression that pardons had to be for specific crimes. Has there been any other case where they just say anything and everything illegal that they might or might not have done is pardoned?

As a former Trump voter I will have you know I will NOT be voting for him again. His actions of serving 2 terms as president has shown me he should NOT get my vote again. I will be voting for a different person entirely someone who I honestly am not even sure why they look like at this point. We just need some diversity someone educated and with more multicultural ties.

This is the total of what it says:

The President...shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.

Former Trump voter here. There is no plan. Trump is just insane. He’s tearing up alliances to help support Putin, his supporters have this insane idea that protesting at a Tesla station is terrorism, and the economy is collapsing while innocent citizens are getting disappeared in foreign nations without due process because they’re just brown.
what a classic. "Mostly peaceful protest"

This is a bad idea and if you support it you're either brain-broke by Fauci & Hunter Derangement Syndrome or just too stupid to understand the ramifications of this.
If the head of the country is asleep at the wheel while his aides make decisions for him, his actions during his tenure are not his own. This would delegitimize any political leader’s actions or mandates. Nevertheless, retards (such as yourself) believe that a scandal of this scale should not be investigated. Trump should absolutely nullify any of Biden’s pardons or actions if they were not expressly signed (or approved) by him.

Why is this hard for you to understand?

That still sounds like this could be grounds for a Supreme Court ruling to me. A pardon for the past ten years isn’t the same because it doesn’t state any offense that is being pardoned.
It's irrelevant, a pardon doesn't need to specify a crime. There is nothing in the constitution that requires it to.

Former Harris voter here. There is no coconut tree. Harris is just retarded. She tore up the Democratic Party to help support a senile retard, and her supporters have this insane idea you can change sex by wishing real hard, and the border collapsing while innocent citizens got flushed out of their homes by Tren de Aragua, with no help from law enforcement, just because the criminals are brown.

AFAIK the only time before that a blanket pardon was used was by Ford for Nixon after Watergate. After that everybody (including Trump after J6) seemed to be afraid of using it again and setting precedent.
