Of the original founding presidents, they were all 57-61 as presidents so maybe an age cap of 65 would work and the oldest a president can theoretically be is 73.

Trump's talked about constitutional amendment would only allow non-consecutive term holding presidents to be eligible for a 3rd term, and there's only ever been 2 of those, so no, no it wouldn't benefit democrats at all.
