And a student visa is a gift that can be revoked at any time, and I believe speaking out against the government that gave you said visa should be a reason to have it revoked. I don't think revoking student visas has anything to do with the Constitution. As far as I know it is pretty well established that even non-citizens under the jurisdiction of the US are protected by the US Constitution and that's where all the "but muh due process for the human traffickers!" stems from legally, they're trying to abuse the process to slow roll deporting them.
That’s not at all what it is. It’s the right to due process. Due process means a defendant should have the right of notice and to acquire legal resources for representation in court. Removing Habeas Corpus means running kangaroo courts. No habeas corpus means you can be tried and punished before a jury you never even encountered.
