Used to fly in to and out of BWI semi-regularly if the schedule was better than for Dulles. Can't say I ever warmed to the place and just got the fuck out ASAP. Annapolis was nice though, spent a few weekends over that way.

I fly to Bongland way too much and especially norf Bongland and I'm so annoyed bwi doesn't fly there that much. I have to drag my ass down to Dulles every four months.

I've never had a problem with electric vehicles even though the quality has yet to get anywhere near worthwhile for a daily driver, they could work as a secondary vehicle for the wife, it was always people acting like they're environmentally better when they're not. It is very cringe. A podcast or whatever mentioned they're on X and BluSky and they have to through in some commentary about how bad Twitter now is. The real lesson of public education is how to be a well trained worker. How to not cause problems with the other workers, or your boss. How to be able to sit and do a task for 8 hours straight. How to competently follow directions.

I stress that this is not sarcasm or doompill. I forget the country, but the US public education system was based on another country's that had the explicit goal of training factory workers. People just smart enough to run the machines but not smart enough to rise above their lot in life.

Regardless, the point of the system is not to learn. If they could push out generations of children who knew how to run the machines but couldn't read, they would.

For the real doompill, picture what these fuckers are going to do once AI or LLMs get far enough along that they don't NEED factory workers.
