Spanberger talking about gerrymandering when her and her Maryland counterpart Moore are in the process of gerrymandering their own states.
For Virginia, North Virginia is the Libshit Capital so they're moving its boundaries as far south as they can. Western Virginia is fairly untouched, I think even the Dems know they can't stretch out North Virginia that far. Still, it's still lopsided and now Dem-heavy, but it isn't as bad as Maryland.
For Maryland, it's always been gerrymandered, decades before the fabled "gerrymandering never existed until Texas tried it last year" bullshit they're feeding people. There's currently only 1 Republican representative, way out on the Eastern Shore. There's a large bridge which separates Eastern Maryland from the rest of the state and it definitely changes when you cross that bridge in either direction and go just 5 miles away from it. Dems are expanding the Eastern Shore territory way past that bridge and deep into central Maryland which is unsurprisingly very liberal. The smugness of "we're doing this to give Marylanders a voice" makes it even more retarded.
