I really don't get why people keep saying this. Lemon tried to be all, "Just an impartial journalist covering this," and slipped up so many times. There is nothing inconclusive about, “So that’s what we’re doing here, and after we do this operation, you’ll see it live, these operations are surprise operations."

I agree with you, I feel like the videos were very clear and didn't find the arguments of Lemon's attorney compelling in regards to the initial charging documents. However, the legal arguments weren't entirely baseless and could be argued in good faith - which is why I said they gave the biased judge the fig leaf needed to decline signing a warrant. The contrast between this case, where Lemon is given the benefit of every doubt and full deference, and cases involving regular people (much less 'unpopular' defendants like the J6ers) just demonstrates the obvious bias in many courts. Totally undermines the confidence of the people in the justice system too.

The only recourse is to finally bring the hammer down on Lemon and his ilk.

I said it on the other thread but I've come to accept that the current judicial system is just a Harry potter fight scene where two rays of light fight, they say funny words and I just hope the good guy wins.
