And the gang-associated "mass shootings" you describe actually don't technically count on our statistics, but blacks are still overrepresented in mass shootings and school shootings, too. The latter is hard to validate since there's no official list, but what's available has blacks overrepresented. And that's without counting the standard black kid shooting a kid he's fighting incidents, too, I'm pretty sure.
