Money Update 9/23/2014 - Chris Makes a Kickstarter

Man, I am SO going to donate him. Only ironically though, even if he still gets my money.

Give your money to someone who really needs it, like a homeless shelter or for food to feed the hungry. Don't give it to a spoiled manchild who is only using it to escape into his delusions.

Kickstarter, eBay, selling junked cars, tugboats, asking for donations following his house catching on fire . . . I hate to say it, but in lieu of not having a job, Chris is actually proving somewhat adept at begging.

It'll come in handy when he's homeless.

This is a Kick starter so he can make a Lego version of the CWCville Shopping center? A poorly thought-out silly childhood idea of his that isn't realistic?

I dunno about funding him money for this, but maybe I'll donate him my whole can of old legos. I got a lot of Star Wars figurines there.

It's bad and people will claim I'm A-Log but I'm kind of disappointed he got any money at all. I wanted to see a Facebook rage post because no one donated a red cent.

He didn't "get" any money yet. If he doesn't get many pledges he will get 0 money. Of course, if he got a bunch of money through pledges, he could use some shady techniques to get at it. I am kind of curious what will happen to the pledges. Right now it seems like 1 person has pledged $200 and 11 people have pledged a dollar or two.

Chris had a big problem. He had all kinds of money coming in, through the tugboat and the eBay business, but all kinds of pesky expenditures kept popping up and he couldn't buy as much lego as he wanted with it. He really wanted to find a source of money that he could dedicate to lego and lego only. I suppose he did think of one, and now we get to see him rage for a month whenever he feels he isn't getting as many pledges as he wants.

"Chris is not worse than Hitler"

But you have to admit. They both share an obsession with building huge ugly cities as monuments to their own gigantic ego.

I'm curious about the backer that donated $200. There are a couple of White Knights / ass-patters on his FB friends list who are likely suspects. Notably, that guy Spirit Plumber has purchased a number of commissions from Chris. He also appears to have a well-paying job.

The backers list hasn't been updated yet. I'm going to check it again tomorrow.

I'm not too familiar with the way Kickstarter works, but the Project has to reach it's $5K goal within a predetermined deadline before Chris can collect one single penny of it, right?

Depends on "Worse" in which way. Because if we go by intelligence, Chris looses. Or by hygene...

A-Log aside, its useless to compare Chris to an evil, but clever dictator. He is a not at all evil, but stupid manchild.

He should be compared to dumb manchildren.

How do you see how much somebody has bid?

I couldn't see the amount (probably because I'm not registered) but I could see the backers names. They all appear to be trolls (Clyde Cash - really?). If one of the White Knight / ass-patters shows up on the backers list, they are the most likely suspect with respect to the large donation. Of course, a troll could have made the donation, but I have no way of determining that yet.

Hm ok. I was hoping there was a workaround. I always wanted to be able to see who backed at what tiers.

My hope is that he gets to like $4000 when it ends. Enough to be so close to making that CWCVille Mall a reality, but not close enough that he can throw $1000 of his own money at it to ensure that he actually gets those other pledges. While I hope a scenario like that would teach him a lesson, it would only cause misdirected tard rage and he'd try again on Indiegogo or something.

I am also really turned off that his "rewards" are all extra pieces and playsets that I could just go buy right now for 1/10th the cost. If he's not going to offer something handmade, like original art, medallions, commission slots, autographs (which as we've seen on eBay, he's got a surplus of original work with no takers) he could at least pull a Cole and offer an experience with himself as a reward tier. A night of Good Food and Pleasant Conversation with Chris at Applebees can be yours for only $500! Or perhaps a Coffee or a Soda for $200! Or maybe a shopping trip together at Goodwill for the latest Tomgirl accessories, or even just a personal phone call for $100. I know paranoia keeps him from offering this, but at least there's a more personal and once-in-a-lifetime allure to something like that than the Olivia's Tampon Aisle playset.

Not to double-down in any potential A-Log, but Chris is not some innocent little tard. Deep inside that blobby carcass there is a portion of seething hatred and a sadistic urge to inflict harm on other people. His murder fantasy via the CWCville multi-button execution chamber plus that part of a video where he growls out "DUHHHHIIIIIIEEEEEE YOU!", not to mention the way he took personal delight in running over an animal on the road, reveals a disturbing psychosis of cruelty if he were allowed to act out his darker urges. Thankfully his stupidity and knack for Fail prevents him from harming anyone who isn't a Jewish business owner.

Some people are extremely stupid. Some are batshit crazy. Some harbor a terrible sense of cruelty. Chris seems to be a Perfect Storm of all three.

That sounds more like a real life, dirty Peter Griffin. Even down to the dumb "Get rich quick" schemes.

Some of them appear to be legit (including the one named Megan), They've back a bunch of projects, and they've been around for several years. They can't be all trolls, and I haven't seen anyone here say they're backing him...

I'm just waiting for the outburst when his project gets pulled. SOMEONE is gonna owe him that 219 bucks! It was basically promised!!!!

Whoever it was that donated $200 to Chris, for whatever reason that may be, is seriously more retarded than he is.

If you're reading this, shame on you.

Nah. Off topic, but the new Berlin was supposed to be a testament to the glory of the Reich and the greatness of the German people, not to himself.

Thinking about this, Chris and patience are usually never play in the same sandbox. I'm seriously expecting Chris will be/ has already bought the Legos he wants for this Mall project and is expecting this to reimburse/ pay him back- kind of the same way how he apparently already went on a toy/ anime buying spree when people starting buying commissions, obviously thinking he had hit the big time.

Oh, and for him hitting the $200 mark? Well, he's got Clyde Cash backing him up. Shit be cash, yo. I'm so sorry.
