I can't stand how unpredictable life is anymore. You have to go out to a store to buy milk, go out to a store to buy the news paper, there's nothing even on TV anymore, especially at night. I'm constantly getting told there's still heart in the world, friends are always saying they're always there to hold my hand, but then I turn around and they end up needing me. I'd almost feel lost and alone, if not for the light in my life that carries me home.

The one positive thing I can say about Michelle was that they used the same twins to play her throughout the series, she didn't go from a baby one season to elementary school age the next season like so many other TV babies who magically aged 5 years did (i.e. Andrew on Family Ties).

I'm sorry but... TV is shit and obsolete.

Take up knitting so you can make patterned yarn socks for underprivileged black kids with a terminal illness. It will give your life so much meaning seeing those smiling emaciated faces.

predictability has never existed. acceptance of the valleys and gratitude of the peaks are all there is to this strange life we live
