Assuming you have good stats(max speed, around 700-800 stamina, >900 power, around 1k wit) then the answer may be skills. After getting enough greens to help trigger groundwork, get some skills like medium straight/corner and front straight/corner, uma stan, playtime is over, etc. You want your hons speed to go above the limit as often as possible.
Prioritize using cards that give you 10% race bonus, even if they're SRs.
I'm running URA though, not MANT. I can make S+ in MANT easy.
What's your bonus percentage at? If you have a lot of money and sp, you could probably level up some mlb support cards to increase it.
It’s a bit over 10%, and I’ve been trying to level my Supports when I have the resources to.
