Based on what I’m hearing from

The running theory is that someone called in a Swatting to the address.

Edit: they’re now reporting that there was a 911 call earlier in the day regarding a hostage situation with 50+ hostages and 5 heavily armed suspects. Definitely seems like a hoax. Police are starting to evacuate people from the building.

Swatting, ah, so it probably was a gamer then.
