Kelly, in a stroke of irony so severe it could cause a literal one, wrote this massive spiel about the immorality of not paying mommy bloggers.
Payment for me, not for thee?

This has apparently happened to them in 2012 and they were able to have it reinstated.
There are states that allow a business name to be reinstated or restored to good standing if they do all of the following:
It appears North Carolina is one such state.
- File the missing reports,
- Pay the original filing fee for each report,
- And pay a late-filing penalty, if required.
FYI, Anastasia Weis used to be Kelby's assistant / whipping girl. She was the designated person Kelby would blame for any "mix ups" or late payments, and the one responding to messages from all the sub-bloggers. In the Fall of 2016, she stopped working for Kelby, and by March had joined the public chorus of people owed back pay. Sounds like she's got an employment suit pending.
What about Jennifer McKinney/McMama? She had five kids- one who was a special survivor snowflake. Her mommy blogging covered different "seasons"-two house fire "seasons", four "I might have cancer" seasons, four "my baby might have serious health issues" seasons, at last two bankruptcy seasons, and a few divorce seasons to go along with her MLM seasons and trips to Africa to help the poor by giving them the glory of her.

Well, we know she sold the business. Whether it's now run by a competent professional, or whether the debts will be paid, are unknown factors. Did this Rachel chick buy the debts and obligations along with the site name? If so, she may be on the hook for all the unpaid campaigns.Kelby sold her business/conference and a mature professional is running things now
Holy shit they actually did buy the debts and obligations without having any idea bad it wasThis is the unsuspecting fool who acquired Kelby's conference and the $100K in debt that came with it.
