I can reason it so. One of the live streams Tyce mentioned his dad works at AA, which means he deals with alcoholics, possibly in dealing with custody cases. This would put him in family court, which some juvenile cases could be.

Honestly I don't really know if he will get that far outside of prison. One day he will take his Analchest activities in public too far and the cops will tell him to knock it off and he will resist arrest, get tazed, will wait for his dad to come bail him out and all that old dude will say through the bars to Tyce is,
"I'm sorry. I really did try to raise you better than this." And as he turns away with a tear in his eye Tyce will call out,
