Still not sure if that's his account or not. It could be MKR (Creamarina is her OC) or a wiin. It's followed a few wiins recently that makes me doubt the account. The follows and likes are very similar to Chris though.I Keep Hearing Chris has a 3rd Sockpuppet which is provided below, i'll let you guys decide if it's him or not.

Really late to the thread but Chris sucks at trying to go incognito. As if Magi-chan wasn't a bad enough sock account name, the end of his username is 11448, which I'm guessing is a typo of 11484, which is half of 22968.

It's 111448, and not a typo. It's Magi-Chan's retconned birthday: 11/14/1948. I don't know what 22968 is, but one of the Magi-Chan's rping the civil war uses it.
I would be very, very impressed if Chris came up with the idea, rather than blubbering to MKR about getting blocked by the ponies again.
22968 is the Ruckersville area code.

I think it's MKR. On the off chance it's Chris, she'd have made it for him. There's too much non-Chris-like stuff on there for it to be him. Lack of hand drawn abominations and I honestly think Chris would never type "just a sweet little bun who lives in the sea."

All of the likes are accounts that have blocked Chris, and the first 2 likes directly preceded Chris using the same dumb top friends app. 52 of the initial 60 follows where either current follows of Chris or accounts confirmed to have blocked him. 17 accounts were ones that had Chris blocked. A few others were followed by Magi-Chan but not Chris. MKR definitely made the account, but I think she made it for Chris and told him not to tweet with it.

Why doesn't Chris understand anonymity? Why link his alt accounts with your main account with obvious sonichu name theme? All he need to do is make an account like randomguy29, leave all themes of sonichu and cwcville away. They wont be able to block it if they dont know its linked to him. The best thing on the internet is the anonymity, use it.

He can't not have an alt that's a tard character. Even if he does make an alt not related to him (Creamarina1, potentially), the people he follows, the ones he's blocked by and the tweets he likes are (maybe) clear indicators. I don't think it's going to be hard to find his alts if he keeps following the same 20 people. The Creamarina account hasn't been used since it got blocked by Chris' 8 favorite ponies.
Chris' capitalization is indicative of prosodic stress, which he uses in his normal speech. It's not random, but it's based on what words Chris wants to emphasize. He's got a fairly good grasp on language and his word choice is usually right, but his syntax sounds like a Thai ESL child.
