I honestly believe that settling for "less than 200 pounds" is actually a fairly attainable goal for Chris, assuming he's actually bothering to diet and count calories. I doubt he'll ever be as low as 179 though.

It is possible, it has been said that he is super weak and muscles weight much more than fat. With that bmi and %of body fat...I wouldn't doubt it too much.

Honestly I'm more worried if he looks, well, like that and is only 209. His muscles have to be next to non-existent and his stick arms and legs are a big red flag. He's honestly probably going to gain a shocking amount of weight if he does actually do this but that'll be good because his muscles need to come back before he'll actually start shedding pounds.

Were all his toes on the scale? The BMI looks too healthy for Chris.
