This was put under the Goddamned Bats trope, which is about enemies that aren't hard to kill, but are still annoying to fight due to one reason or another (they come in large numbers, they have are hard to hit, or they accompany more troublesome enemies and obstacles to draw your attention away from them). This is a real dynamic of games, and they describe just why this enemy fits into that category. For once, TVT is being mostly sensible.
It's not a complaint from me, i just think it's funny cause generally the eye ofthe storm is an enemy you rarely encounter and it doesn't take much to kill them even if you have a low AR rank. They're not as annoying as the mirror maidens. They're even mentioend on the goddamn bats portion.
