This North Korean cartoon series is one of my guilty pleasures.
The main hero of the cartoon is Geumsaegi, an intelligence agent from the nation of Flower Hill (North Korea) working undercover struggling to foil the dastardly plans of the Weasel (Japan) and later on Wolf (America) imperialists, while also trying to prevent his villainous counterpart, Rat (South Korean) operative Mulmangcho from blowing his cover. The plot is rather complex for a propaganda cartoon: the enemy generals are engaged in a fierce struggle for power, and the main hero gets involved in it. The villains, just like adversaries of North Korea in real life, are much more technologically advanced than Flower Hill: Weasels have ice cannons, giant underwater bases, heavily armed flying robots and crow-shaped ornithopters, while Wolves have laser guns, ornithopters with laser guns, spider mechas with laser guns and giant robotic whale submarines.
