Yeah, tumblrinas are infamous for having some pretty fucked up priorities. For example there's actually a pretty active community of actual, honest to God white supremacists on Tumblr the sjws mostly just leave alone because they're too busy bickering amongst themselves over stupid shit like genders and ships. There's also a case where an accused rapist was welcomed into the ranks of the anti-shipper community, because apparently Tumblr considers liking the wrong combination of fictional characters banging a far worse offense than raping someone. Not to mention all the cases of blatently abusive assholes tumblrinas were happy to ignore or defend solely because the asshole was black/trans/whatever.

You know what would help? Letting users solve capchas instead of signing in to report content.
All these sites put up a big dog and pony show. If I'm a spammer with the ability to solve ML capchas I can make a new youtube account anyhow. They make sure you can circumvent login to view NSFW content. I think they don't want to encourage use of features that aren't considered user draws.
I'd argue that the ability to confidently search for "CAMELTOE NIPPLE FIESTA" will definitely increase viewership. At this point I feel safer looking at porn on 4chan than I do youtube.

If I recall correctly, Pawoo was made as a "non judgemental" alternative to Twitter for artists.
Pixiv itself also doesn't give a shit as long as it's tagged properly, as far as I know.

What are you talking bout? I’ve been on tumblr for years and I’ve seen plenty of posts complaining about Nazis on the site and even pointing out how the staff doesn’t do anything about them after they’ve been reported. Some of the more vocal white supremist accounts get a shit ton of hate mail. But it looks like most white supremists ignore any hate mail they get.
