I wanted to make a quick post from lurktirement and say I think Trump is the second litmus test, after the shopping cart, for whether someone has a brain to critically think for themselves. I wonder if you look at the methods for identifying cults, MAGA would fit in, especially with the pseudo-religious vibes.

Anyone that's sweeping for Trump, shouldn't be trusted with anything. There is a lot of corruption, broken promises, and lies, and it's more obvious and direct. If the Epstein disclosure disaster and Iran War isn't enough for you to question, then you're lost.
I would imagine that Republicans are aware of this, and I reckon that in the future, they'll push JD Vance to succeed Trump as the 'true patriot' who was just helpless to do anything. And the same cattle that voted Trump to be against the system, and 'drains the swamp', are gonna fall for another man who had been groomed by a homosexual.

I can legitimately lay claim to never voting for Trump or caring about the elections after the 1st election. I voted for Rand during the RNC the 1st Trump win and bowed out thereafter.
