They stopped posting election guff cos people stopped paying them to. There are entire platforms (e.g. Collabstr, Shoutcart) just for hiring influencers and/or creators to promote your shit and that's before we get to talent agencies and gig economy platforms like Upwork. US election campaigns are billion dollar enterprises and that entire vid series likely cost a few grand at most.Out of curiosity from all those TikToks from the election about how Kamala would send young men into war and crash the economy while Trump would keep America out of irrelevant foreign interventions and make eggs and houses affordable again, I checked a lot of those accounts that posted vids like that and all of them stopped posting immediately after November 2024. God knows where these accounts were based in (Russia, China, Israel, India etc.) if they didn't have a face attached to it (could be actual Americans now hugely embarrassed about so fervently supporting the senile foreign asset pedo).
Of particular interest was this "accounting" channel that had popped up on my YouTube feed during the election which I originally suspected was someone that had stumbled upon the political grifting pipeline and would continue doing so after the election, but her last vid was posted in December 2024. To note, she hasn't completely disappeared from the internet and is on LinkedIn as would be necessary in her industry, so I suspect it may just be someone incredibly embarrassed to have contributed (even in a minute manner) to the 2024 election, but too cowardly to admit it.
EDIT: I wouldn't be surprised if the digital marketing company that the campaign hired to do the influencer marketing was also botting their views and subs, likely without even telling the influencers. The ones who kept posting after the election were probably chasing the high.
