Anyways I digress. It could be 45 million and I still don't believe there's good reason for the US to get involved in a foreign conflict. They could be doing the 2nd holocaust for the 3rd time and still I feel like the US should give, at most, thoughts and prayers.

I think he's realizing that Iran doesn't want to agree to a deal, because Iran has a reasonably strong position in keeping the status quo (i.e. strait being used as leverage and occasional drone/missile launches), so he's opening the door to just bombing Iran's infrastructure as a show of force and as a punishment, declaring victory, and then leaving Europe to deal with the mess.

Scanned through updates on the speech and he really was just rehashing Truth Social posts.
I don't get why he'd try making a big deal with this speech unless it just bothered him that other nations were making major announcements of all the problems their countries were going to be facing due to Trump's conflict. Like he was jealous he didn't get to do a major announcement himself the way other world leaders were doing.
