I have to say I laughed. Yeah the asterisk thing is a little awkward but it's not overly wordy. If this is the worst you get from him it's not that bad...
I'm convinced that this whole bleach thing is secretly a test-run by the government to see how far they can push Ministry of truth-levels of misinformation on people and get away with it.

I thought Trump's press briefings are pretty popular. It's not like someone wouldn't understand what Trump was talking about when he said disinfectant when right before him , a medical professional was talking about the UV procedure he was just putting in layman terms. Again, I refuse to believe anyone that actually watches first hand sources when it comes to Trump are actually fooled into believing basic bitch agitprop.

If you truly believe that he’s saying that injecting bleach is a good idea, you are being willfully retarded. The full quote makes it very obvious he’s talking about something more akin to Chemo than Dhamer, and even the out-of-context quote is a stretch.
On Reddit I’m seeing people bend over backwards to keep the ‘bleach’ narrative, even when everything from the full quote to the actual treatment is explained.

They probably do watch the first hand sources, they just usually go in with all the boomer tier Facebook memes charging them up to hear what they want to hear.
They aren't tricked, or fooled, they willingly place themselves into the conformation bias and go in with the soul purpose of watching it so they post their picture where they get to own Donald again.
And of course, there are plenty who have just watched the remixes or just go with the meme, but they don't make nearly as good of a post as the people who have seen the full clip and try to mental gymnasticate Trump's words into what they want to hear.
It's not like making fun of Donald Trump is hard, but these exceptional individuals still make themselves look like idiots when trying to do it.
