It can't go well, either way politicians get elected who will screw you.
Last time I checked Liberalism is the belief in Private Enterprise, Private Property, Democratic Elections, Individualism, and so on. None of this has changed. The End of Liberalism
By comparison to the nullity that is Donald Trump, however, Mr Reagan was an exemplary figure in terms of political nous and firm ethical conviction.
".. On its world, the people are people. The leaders are lizards. The people hate the lizards and the lizards rule the people."
"Odd," said Arthur. "I thought you said it was a democracy."
"I did," said Ford. "It is."
"So," said Arthur, hoping he wasn't sounding ridiculously obtuse, "why don't the people get rid of the lizards?"
"It honestly doesn't occur to them," said Ford. "They've all got the vote, so they all pretty much assume that the government they voted in more or less approximates to the government they want."
"You mean they actually vote for the lizards?"
"Oh yes," said Ford with a shrug, "of course."
"But," said Arthur, going in for the big one again, "why?"
"Because if they didn't vote for a lizard," said Ford, "the wrong lizard might get in.”
LOL, that Reagan meme. Someone was seriously mad.http://souciant.com/2018/11/the-end-of-liberalism/

Maybe I've been asleep, but I haven't seen Trump do any of this

All the other Reagan sperging aside, he had fudd-tier 'people don't need machineguns' views on guns but that literally was the Democrats' fault. They were the ones who crammed in the Hughes Amendment as a poison pill into FOPA in a Democratic-controlled house and then literally shouted down the opposition and refused to take a recorded vote on it.>banned automatic weapons, blamed democrats for it
"Ill pretend to be a black republican who is the victim of bigotry, when republicans donate to me this will prove they are subhuman bigot scum"![]()

See, this looks really bad on paper, and I can see why a lot of people would rightfully be upset about this, but I sat down to really give her the benefit of the doubt and to try and work out her motivations. I think I've got her angle all figured out, and I can honestly sympathize.

In all seriousness though, the article is hysterical, in the literal sense: The author screams at everything from Guns to Minorities to antisemitism; Her main "argument" is the North should have begun some sort of eternal English-rule-of-Ireland tier occupation on the south until everyone is "reeducated" and the entire land is demonized to be worse than the Nazis

Yeah and also they didn't do a background check because it's clear that girl had a social media presence. Likely the donators were boomers or r/the_donald types. In fairness, I'm putting a lot of blame on the donators too...should have heeded the glasses. You usually KNOW what you're getting with those glasses.![]()
It's telling that GamerFromMars is making fun of him too. But at least the OP at least is taking the critique well.vote.

Have a video where the OP tries to remain impartial telling everyone to vote then fails halfway through and by the end is going full fuck orange man.
The comment section is also a good laugh, since almost everyone including much of his own subscribers are mocking him for the video.
What's so wrong about him?GamerFromMars
So, she basically wanted the North to quadruple down on their punishment towards the South during the Reconstruction Era, something that Lincoln never wanted? In all seriousness though, the article is hysterical, in the literal sense: The author screams at everything from Guns to Minorities to antisemitism; Her main "argument" is the North should have begun some sort of eternal English-rule-of-Ireland tier occupation on the south until everyone is "reeducated" and the entire land is demonized to be worse than the Nazis
He basically does these videos talking about youtube drama that comes across as reading off of a wikipedia article and comes across as really bland. The only time he showed emotion was when he defended Channel Awesome by cherrpicking weak arguments against them back in the Change the Channel Controversy. What's so wrong about him?
It's an increasingly popular sentiment I have noticed in some forums, especially ones that explore counterfactual history. So, she basically wanted the North to quadruple down on their punishment towards the South during the Reconstruction Era, something that Lincoln never wanted?
Gee, I'm sure that wouldn't create even more resentment or desire to rebel on the South's behalf, no sir.
