Is there a way to prosecute someone for gross security negligence beyond just the act of having the private email server? Because as someone who works in IT the fact that she hired a sysadmin who exposed remote management tools to public internet without so much as a firewall should really merit extra punishment for being just that goddamn stupid. She even had her services running over default ports, which means what passes for the intelligence bureau in shitholes like Zimbabwe probably had her emails.

The sheer fact that Comey had to more-or-less state "hey anyone else doing this will definitely go to federal pound me in the ass prison but Hillary gets a break this time" in his recommendation to not prosecute was enough to justify firing the man, IMO.

Jeb's always been a milquetoast, ineffectual weiner-kid. For all the undeserved shit W would get for only being powerful because he was his father's son, Jeb actually should have been hit with. At least W has a likeable personality and thoughtful approach. Jeb is just a shitty sitcom character that gives the hackneyed life lessons to his kids at the end of the episode

I want to believe this but they cite Jim Hill, who can be totally on Mars sometimes with his "scoops" and can run towards the clickbaity end of that stuff. I'll try to remember to nose around the corners of Disney Park sperging I'm familiar with to see if they jive with this.

Mattis is just the most Alpha Marine with a very pragmatic mindset about it. He's an extremely logical and calculating guy. Every single person I know who's met him has pretty much said he's the epitome of leadership and understanding.
