Trump Derangement Syndrome - Orange man bad. Read the OP! (ᴛʜɪs ᴛʜʀᴇᴀᴅ ɪs ʟɪᴋᴇ ᴋɪᴡɪ ғᴀʀᴍs ʀᴇᴠɪᴇᴡs ɴᴏᴡ) 🗿🗿🗿🗿

Yeah and it wasn't just a one off, he's still hilarious today

and he can take jokes at himself in stride and laugh at them

It feels kinda sad watching this, because Bush and Clinton really do feel like the last of their breeds of Presidents. I can't see Obama ever having a warm relationship like that with a President from another administration, ditto with Trump. We've become so divided that now it's more than people who disagree and might hate the other's idea but can agree they are a good person to just straight up hating the other.
Clinton, Bush, and Trump are all the same age, yet Bush and Clinton look like two old turtles that have just mistaken each other for prey. I hope the presidency does not age Trump that terribly.

It's like they've completely given up on actually trying to be funny. This is like the lowest hanging fruits of a reddit thread

He doesn't talk about Trump enough on his show, he needs to go on other show to talk about how REEEEE TRUMP TREEEE

TRUMP TRUMP TRUMP REEEEEEEEEEEEEE
https://youtube.com/watch?v=YNVqbcrWFII
and Jimmy Fallon has been cucked into talking about Trump every night

Jimmy Kimmel looks like he's given up on life. He's definitely given up on comedy, that's for sure
https://youtube.com/watch?v=HfLS4lbZMrc

and some more hysterics from The Young Turk and Keith Olbermann

DONALD "HITLER" DRUMPF IS THE CRAZIEST MAN EVER AND IS PROBABLY ON COCAINE

THIS IS THE END DRUMPF YOURE DOOOOOOOOONE

Nigga you need to stop drinking because holy shit you shake more than Michael J Fox after an three lines and a red bull

Fallon's just assblasted because of this:

...which liberals never let him live down, especially after he actually did become President (and everyone knows it)

Time Magazine would only seemingly make comic strips poking fun at Bush. They weren't funny.

But I agree, George W. Bush was funny and humble at the same time, which is something the Democrats never fostered in American history.
Jimmy Carter always seemed that way to me though too. Jr Bush and Carter and Clinton all seem like they can take a joke.
actually hell now that I think on it, Kennedy was funny too.

they're (bushes, Clinton, Carter) all pretty much Old Money in a way, yukyuk southern boys. Trump doesn't fit into the crowd. he's the slick new yorker trying to buy into the country club.

Obama they don't want because he's black; Trump they don't want because he thinks he can use money to join, how gauche.

Obama had his moments. Trump has had a couple too. His skin seems thinner than it ought to be though, and I can't imagine him sitting on that row of ex presidents, laughing. I've already seen a little footage of Obama and lesser Bush joking around though.

rate me off topic, I'm rambling in agreement with you basically.

Google News, YouTube, and every media outlet seems to have "LATE NIGHT COMEDIANS SURE DON'T LIKE DRUMPF VERY MUCH" prominently featured on their front pages permanently now. I can't understand the point of signal boosting this since anyone receptive to it is already in their echo chamber and anyone on the fence is just getting annoyed with it. Jimmy Kimmel's virtue signalling and John Oliver acting condescending is going to work about as well as it did in 2016.

Preaching to the choir, I know, but - I never have and never will pay attention any of these unfunny commentator satire guys like Colbert.

Whether it's articles on comedians disliking Trump or the two ice cream scoops or whatever other anti-President Mango story they write, the objective is always to get more clicks. The media has an interest in making sure people hate Blumpf because he's a prominent figure known to pretty much anyone, and angry people generate more clicks, meaning more money. There's definitely an ideological aspect to it, but ultimately, it's all about getting clickbait money out of angry people.

It's funny because before I posted the Kimmel thing I wrote 'At least when they made fun of Bush they could come up with really hilarious stuff' but I spent like 15 minutes on google and couldn't really find funny Bush jokes, actually. Maybe they just aged badly but yeah most of the stuff was cringe.

What I did find was Bush himself being hilarious

I gotta be honest, I miss him. Bush was fucking boss.

Not as boss as this guy:
