I'll admit to being fucking pissed (please excuse my language) because there actually will be a lot of money moving through the bureaucracy to change it. It also goes against the idea behind the end of the Civil War, as they were named because they are American generals. It's also very cowardly they way they are pushing it, sneaking it in the defense budget bill (and even some senators not even aware that this was in it!) Freaking Senate Majority Whip John Thune didn't even know it was in there until reporters asked him about it!
