I like to leave mine off for easier access to the components, especially after I build a new rig. Then after a while the lug bolts tend to scatter and get lost, so you can't put the panel back on even if you want to.

New Zealand, I think. Wellington NSW is near as far as Dubbo and nowhere near Newtown (Sydney), a place he references. Meanwhile, Wellington NZ has a suburb named Newtown.
I think $500 a week could probably find some sort of tiny place in either Newtown, but I feel bad for any landlord who rents to this specimen.

Every time I see a normal person raging over transphobic content, I wonder how they would react if they were put:
