On petty side, earlier Path of Titans retweeted some modder, and Adiago specifically went on one of the new posts and tagged PoT to complain how she doesn't like one of the mod dinosaurs, because gotta get that soft and wholesome attention.

As unfortunate as it would be for people like Meg and Raven to have to go through it, part of me hopes Trish does take this to court. The A/B/O lawsuit was funny as fuck and I can only imagine this going down in a similar way, especially since Adi is not nearly subtle enough to try to play the victim while plotting behind closed doors with her "work lawyer" like Addison Cain. Trish has been actively screeching "FATTY" and "PEDO" at her exes in public on Twitter at any given opportunity, from both main accounts and alts, which is a pretty bad look even for someone who is the party seeking "damages". Any judge with half a brain would be wondering whether or not said individual is just wasting the court's time over a petty vendetta and bragging rights rather than wanting to actually be made financially whole.
Speaking of which, I wonder exactly what kind of damages Trish could possibly go for? Raven's species is open/free to make, to my knowledge, and doesn't have a paywall, so she isn't profiting off it in any way that Adi can claim; additionally, Raven's dumb shit has even brought Trish new clientelle, such as Digi (who later left himself because Adi is just that malignant to be around).
Overall it's a lot of money and corporate resources to waste just to tell Raven that her ripoff species is illegal; even still, Raven could just make a knockoff of Adjot's drakes (something he apparently doesn't care about anymore, if I understand right) and Adi would have no real control over that anyway.
She can't say that this fake species even impacted her profits much, since Adi's follower count had been dropping rapidly ever since the shit with FFI went down due to her reclaim policy becoming common knowledge to the general public and how libellous she was willing to get if she didn't get her way. At the end of the day, Raven didn't tank Adi's furfag art career; Trish has been doing that herself through decades of being an underhanded cunt and is just blaming Raven, Meg, and FFI that it's caught up to her.

Though my general assumption is this is another fake legal threat like all the others she hucks around for intimidation; Raven, Meg, and the rest should still seek out legal counsel just in case, but most likely she's just having her little parade over the fact she DMCA'd some art off Meg's page like she does with everyone she hates.

There is no legal grounds for suing on species usage without the species having been trademarked. It is difficult for any individual person to meet the requirements for a trademark. It is not the same as copyright.

Trish is fucking dumb but most likely not dumb enough to sue across state lines, I would hope. That and pretty sure actual people are more understanding of fair use laws than automatic Youtube DMCA notices, as well.

Oh boy, so someone has apparently decided to do to Trish what she's been doing to Meg and Raven by essentially making an anonymous Twitter callout account. I don't expect it'll stay around long since Adi has a habit of reporting anyone who talks about her negatively.

I like that the Adiago archive already has a few followers and retweets on the posts (from people other than her ex-friends) despite being brand new, whereas Trish’s anti-Megalo twitter still has zero engagement outside of the occasional vague tweet from her targets essentially rolling their eyes, and us posting screenshots here to archive her bullshit.
In other news, one of the artists Trish had been trying to suck up to got tipped off about who she actually was, and has gone and deleted all direct engagement with her and vague-tweeted about the situation. The tweets pre-date the Adiago twitter, so she can’t even blame the existence of that for ruining her online rep as SoftDilo.

PayPal may have cracked down on her if she was doing it as the legal name of the account. They eventually want you to confirm your identity with a SSN or business ID number if you're making money through the platform for legal reasons.

Honestly Trish's obsession with being flat chested while hating trans people is a combination of a lot of things;
-Obvious gender dysphoria; Adi doesn't want to be affiliated with those dang dirty troons, but at the same time she's repeatedly talked about how she likes being seen as androgynous/enbie, which is tough to pull off when you look like an animate pile of unfolded laundry.
-Reverse trap fetish; She's written multiple stories where female characters (most notably Halcyon) are mistaken as male or referred to as "boyish" by a love interest(s) due to having a flat/taped chest, and they develop a broship camradarie that oftentimes becomes romantic in a Mulan-esque reveal. This has escalated the point of creating androgyns as a distinct character type in her official drake lore (but god forbid her exes have a thing for trans guys, even if that's probably the reason she keeps dating them in the first place).
-Wanting to remain fuckable; She mentioned on FA once that a main reason why she doesn't want to fully troon out is because she is after the elusive unicorn that is the white straight male furfag, and it's hard to get wet for your breeding/impregnation risk fetish after turning one's hamburger into a hotdog.
-Chest thumping rights; A favorite harassment tactic against the people she hates is to misgender and talk shit about their transition process. This is harder to get away with when she is also covertly modifying her own body, so she's come up with a lot of excuses as to why she is only going halfsies, such as claiming she has the most perfect pussy on the planet, or implying that having "naturally very high testosterone" justifies cutting off her tits when for most "real" women that would be considered a hormone imbalance at most.
On the topic of the Russian name thing; SoftDilo never outright claimed to be Russian as far as I can recall on her accounts (that was more of her activity on ShopDrac) so the fact she picked a Russian name at all for it was sort of an accidental tell on her part. She still is using the same name on her SoftDilo Paypal last I saw, and it does actually match up with records of someone with the exact same name (not the model, who has slightly different spellling) who supposedly lived in Miami Beach, Florida at one time and is listed as being the same age Trish is estimated to be.

She didn't outright say Russian, but I'm pretty sure she started the account with mentions of 'oop my bad English' and implications she's not American/from America. Add that to her very Russian fake name, and it's obvious what she was going for.
Edit; Went digging and I must just be mixing up every other 'bad engrish foreigner' account she's had with this one, I even found a random tweet where she said 'as an American' so I concede you're correct on that count. I wouldn't be surprised if she originally set up this fake PayPal with 'I'm Russian again' as the general idea, but has dropped that façade now that this has become her main account.
One thing I did notice was that in the original reveal post way back when (https://kiwifarms.net/threads/trish...rake-designs-sevva-phoenix.57897/post-8323811) it was documented that she listed her birthday as April 22nd, and had the woopsie of putting a Taurus sign in her @spacedrakes twitter bio. She's since removed her birthday from @softdilo after apparently forgetting to celebrate it, and is now saying she's an Aries.
Edit Again; I forgot to mention, I find it amusing that she has refused to acknowledge the @AdiagoArchive account even though you know she's frothing at the mouth about it. It makes sense now that she's begging for money on her alt. She was bragging before about how this surgery was going to be covered by insurance because it was medically necessary for her (back pain), which I suppose is why she was trying to go all the way to California or something to some fancy doctor to get it done. Apparently that all fell through, and her only hope is to get Twitter to feel bad for her. Calling attention on her Adiago alias to AdiagoArchive would only call attention to SoftDilo, so I wonder if she's trying to hold her tongue to keep it under the radar as much as possible.

Just wanted to mention that the birthday she had listed (April 22nd) is oftentimes considered a "cusp"; people born within a few days of the transitionary period between signs may associate with two different zodiac signs, although most people tend to only do it on the exact day that the transition happens (such as if they're born around midnight on April 20th), rather than on the last day of the cusp.
Also this was the first fucking result I saw when I looked this up, lol.
It still doesn't explain why she retweeted a Sagittarius-only post of course, while every other zodiac post has included Sagittarius in some way while she has flip-flopped between Aries and Taurus. And, of course, she completely missed mentioning her birthday on the day it was supposed to happen, even though it was already archived and common knowledge so any claim that she was protecting her privacy by avoiding it was way too late.

Sorry to DP in the thread but it's been a few days and SoftDilo's mask has been slipping pretty badly.
First off, she's joined the bandwagon of (rightfully in my opinion) dunking on Activision-Blizzard... by continuing to lie about how she's an industry-level graphic designer that somehow nobody has ever heard of that's in charge of a team which has dealt with sexism in the workplace. I'm assuming this is also lowkey referrential to when she lost interest in WoW.
SoftAdilago engaged in another passive aggressive uwu slapfight with people who use Huion and once again shilled for Wacom, and pulled the "lol why are you commenting on my post it's been x amount of time" thing that she did on her EdenDragon account recently with one of the feathered raptor replies.
She liked yet another zodiac post that just happened to contain Saggitarius in it.
I'm pretty sure Trish also sperged about Godzilla one of her mains or alts a while back, specifically complaining about how the new design was fat or something.
And another favorite seasons post, with preferences just like Trish.
Interestingly, neither Adiago nor SoftDilo have made any kind of comment regarding the new archive account whatsoever, not even a "it's all fake news" statement from Trish's main, and her SpaceDrakes account has seemingly not posted anything at all, just going by the tweet counts at least.
Adi's Patreon has been more active lately though, which is noteworthy since SoftDilo's art has seemingly fallen by the wayside during this time, with only the new Godzilla portrait and a portrait of her OC Ophy being uploaded in the last week and a half. And about that portrait...

On a tangent, I was thinking about the accusation from page 82 that Trish stole some rando's sona. I did a little search to see if anyone brought this comparison up specifically and only found a brief mention last year, so I'm going to throw my hypothesis into the ring that Ezrael's design is lifted from Pannekoeke's Terry (nsfw) and the similarity to Hajinn's sona is just a really funny coincidence. I was bored today.
The gist of it:
Ezrael fits neatly into Trish's habit of using the same markings/colors over and over on whatever animal or species she's into for her sonas. Darker stockings, chevrons circa early 2000s, gray with more gray and blue, etc.
The biggest difference is that Ezrael is the first instance of her using a dark underbelly on her sona, like Terry, which she mentions herself in the description of the first Ezrael drawing she posts. She also shares the same mood-changing eyes and spines, although Terry's spines are on his cheeks and Ezrael has them down her back. The other important thing to note is that she originally does not look like one of Adjot's Drakes; she has a well-defined forehead. She is also not the first Abyss Drake.
Abyss Drakes are a hybridization of two of her previous drake species, the Veil Drake and the Rift Drake. Veil Drakes are her bastardization of Schkyzm's Dragonmare species, while Rift Drakes are just fluffy little pedo-bait porn machines.
The first Abyss Drake is her short-lived sona Damian. He initially makes sense as a hybridization of Veil/Rift. He has the general Veil body, feet, and elongated face, with a Rift drake's more rounded nose and wings. Like the first image posted of Ezrael, his original design doesn't look like Adjot's Drakes.
With that exposition out of the way, here's a timeline of why I think Panne was the catalyst that made Abyss Drakes the bullshit that they are now:
11/23/2017: Panne posts the 2017 ref of Terry https://www.furaffinity.net/view/25533998/. No obvious interactions between Panne and Trish yet, but they have mutual friends such as Ivenvorry.
11/28/2017: Trish posts the ref of Damian, as shown above.
11/28/2017-2/3/2018: Trish draws a bunch of Damian, and look at all those foreheads.
2/3/2018-8/16/201: Trish attempts a whirlwind bromance with Panne, suddenly commenting on most of their images during this period. Many of these images (including the first image) contain Terry.
2/3/2018: First comment for posterity.

2/17/2018: Trish posts an 'evolution chart' of her characters to explain where Abyss Drake babies come from. I've added some of the most recent examples of characters/species before this image was posted to show how this starts to retcon old anatomy and everyone's faces start to get chunky (to be fair Fern/the Mistavian dragon has been blocky since originally being an Amai clone, even though he was originally a feral Veil Drake and not a different species at all). I tried to keep the text unblocked so you can enjoy how Rift Drakes found feral dragons in the wilderness and thought 'sure let's steal their jizz'.
2/21/2018: Trish comments on Panne's next image (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/26458947/). I find this one interesting because unlike most of her future comments that consist of 'hey cool art', this shows her attempts to reach out to them.
2/28/2018: Now let's get Spicy. Trish posts FFI's Drake character Dmitri for the first time. But, there are two archives of it. The first time it is posted, she simply states 'this is FFI's Drake'. She apparently deleted it and reposted it a couple of hours later with a new description that says no, this is an Abyss Drake and links to a variety of other submissions that supposedly inspired the design, mainly refs of FFI's Sethos. We can only imagine what sorts of comments she got to drive her to wipe the original.
It goes without saying but Dmitri looks like Adjot's Drakes, and nothing like previous iterations of Ezrael/Damian that have been posted thus far.
3/8/2018: Trish posts the official first Ezrael ref. She still has a bit of forehead, which makes the slip up of Dmitri being called a 'Drake' all the more interesting. As she states 'it's been waiting for almost a month now', I think this was sketched before she went full Adjot on Dmitri.
3/19/2018: Trish posts an image of Ezrael and Dmitri, which was directly inspired of a drawing Panne did which included Terry (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/26714414/).
3/20/2018: We've gone full Adjot.
7/30/2018: Panne posts what was originally a commission for Trish of Ezrael and Dmitri (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/28174492/).

And finally, here is the previously leaked Patreon where Trish claims Abyss Drakes are different from Drakes because of minute proportional differences or something and we're all dumb-dumb-booby-heads.
There are multiple issues with this. First of all, most of the examples she chose for herself are 2020-era drawings. When she says she chose the 'oldest' version of her drakes she means she posted some random 10-year-old drawing of Fern, who was at the time a Veil Drake and not her 'only sentient feral dragon species' aka Mistavian or whatever (even this is new, in 2007 he was a 'Furr Dragon'). By picking 2020s drawings, she ignores some of the more damning similarities that existed when Abyss Drakes were first taking form. And at the end of the day, these drawings are cherry-picked to make what points she wants to make because Trish cannot keep consistent anatomy to save her life.
Notice how even her 'furever characters' Kisu and Fern, who she's had since birth, spent many years with consistent designs until she decided to give everyone block heads to prove her point.

- Terry is of Adjot's 'Drake' species, which Abyss Drakes came to resemble over time. This 'coincidently' happens to be the same time period that Trish tries to briefly crawl up Panne's asshole.
- Trish claims that Abyss Drakes are original and are based off of her old species circa 2009, but she retcons old species designs to suit this narrative, as she often does.
Ezrael fits neatly into Trish's habit of using the same markings/colors over and over on whatever animal or species she's into for her sonas. Darker stockings, chevrons circa early 2000s, gray with more gray and blue, etc.
The biggest difference is that Ezrael is the first instance of her using a dark underbelly on her sona, like Terry, which she mentions herself in the description of the first Ezrael drawing she posts. She also shares the same mood-changing eyes and spines, although Terry's spines are on his cheeks and Ezrael has them down her back. The other important thing to note is that she originally does not look like one of Adjot's Drakes; she has a well-defined forehead. She is also not the first Abyss Drake.
Abyss Drakes are a hybridization of two of her previous drake species, the Veil Drake and the Rift Drake. Veil Drakes are her bastardization of Schkyzm's Dragonmare species, while Rift Drakes are just fluffy little pedo-bait porn machines.
The first Abyss Drake is her short-lived sona Damian. He initially makes sense as a hybridization of Veil/Rift. He has the general Veil body, feet, and elongated face, with a Rift drake's more rounded nose and wings. Like the first image posted of Ezrael, his original design doesn't look like Adjot's Drakes.
With that exposition out of the way, here's a timeline of why I think Panne was the catalyst that made Abyss Drakes the bullshit that they are now:
11/23/2017: Panne posts the 2017 ref of Terry https://www.furaffinity.net/view/25533998/. No obvious interactions between Panne and Trish yet, but they have mutual friends such as Ivenvorry.
11/28/2017: Trish posts the ref of Damian, as shown above.
11/28/2017-2/3/2018: Trish draws a bunch of Damian, and look at all those foreheads.
2/3/2018-8/16/201: Trish attempts a whirlwind bromance with Panne, suddenly commenting on most of their images during this period. Many of these images (including the first image) contain Terry.
2/3/2018: First comment for posterity.

2/17/2018: Trish posts an 'evolution chart' of her characters to explain where Abyss Drake babies come from. I've added some of the most recent examples of characters/species before this image was posted to show how this starts to retcon old anatomy and everyone's faces start to get chunky (to be fair Fern/the Mistavian dragon has been blocky since originally being an Amai clone, even though he was originally a feral Veil Drake and not a different species at all). I tried to keep the text unblocked so you can enjoy how Rift Drakes found feral dragons in the wilderness and thought 'sure let's steal their jizz'.
2/21/2018: Trish comments on Panne's next image (https://www.furaffinity.net/view/26458947/). I find this one interesting because unlike most of her future comments that consist of 'hey cool art', this shows her attempts to reach out to them.
2/28/2018: Now let's get Spicy. Trish posts FFI's Drake character Dmitri for the first time. But, there are two archives of it. The first time it is posted, she simply states 'this is FFI's Drake'. She apparently deleted it and reposted it a couple of hours later with a new description that says no, this is an Abyss Drake and links to a variety of other submissions that supposedly inspired the design, mainly refs of FFI's Sethos. We can only imagine what sorts of comments she got to drive her to wipe the original.
It goes without saying but Dmitri looks like Adjot's Drakes, and nothing like previous iterations of Ezrael/Damian that have been posted thus far.

3/8/2018: Trish posts the official first Ezrael ref. She still has a bit of forehead, which makes the slip up of Dmitri being called a 'Drake' all the more interesting. As she states 'it's been waiting for almost a month now', I think this was sketched before she went full Adjot on Dmitri.

There are multiple issues with this. First of all, most of the examples she chose for herself are 2020-era drawings. When she says she chose the 'oldest' version of her drakes she means she posted some random 10-year-old drawing of Fern, who was at the time a Veil Drake and not her 'only sentient feral dragon species' aka Mistavian or whatever (even this is new, in 2007 he was a 'Furr Dragon'). By picking 2020s drawings, she ignores some of the more damning similarities that existed when Abyss Drakes were first taking form. And at the end of the day, these drawings are cherry-picked to make what points she wants to make because Trish cannot keep consistent anatomy to save her life.
The Exiled prince of the Veil
hurrrp he's quite elegant in the winter when he sheds that ridiculously huge feather from the crown of his head, and grows "whisker/mole" feathers on each side of his face. He's a ton fluffier, ALL white and his blue areas [tail/feathers] tail on a very pale blue almost like a glacier.
things to remember when drawing him:
LONG neck
LONG body
tiny front handpaws with 4 fingers + a 5th thumb
Rear claws are enormous and flattened at the tips. There is a dewclaw that is curled back from lack of use.
Entire body is white/light blue iridescent, fucking sparkle-desu. If you were to part the fur underneath are gleaming scales.
Dark areas around the snout and eyes may be left out in the winter form
As always: eyes are darkest teal with neon aqua pupils, all claws are black, only has a few teeth [poke me for details]

I was tempted to give you an autistic rating about halfway through reading just due to the length, but when I finished realized that I'm even more autistic for reading the whole damn thing, notes and all. Well done.On a tangent, I was thinking about the accusation from page 82 that Trish stole some rando's sona. I did a little search to see if anyone brought this comparison up specifically and only found a brief mention last year, so I'm going to throw my hypothesis into the ring that Ezrael's design is lifted from Pannekoeke's Terry (nsfw) and the similarity to Hajinn's sona is just a really funny coincidence. I was bored today.
The gist of it:
To start; a comparison of Allena, Terry, and the first public image of Ezrael. There are more recent refs for Terry, but I'm using the 2017 ref that's most relevant to the timeline. We'll come back to this later.
- Ezrael's markings feasibly look like a combination of her old character Allena and Panne's Terry, however Ezrael in general uses markings/colors Trish recycles often. The biggest indicator is that both Terry and Ezrael have mood-changing eyes and spines, and dark underbelly.
