Like, surely that would get you more views if the tagged person decides to RT (and the person who drew the dragon logo would, she seems very nice), this getting more potential commissions to help your friend.

Trish has had no problem in the past with throwing someone's mental illness or disability back in their face if she wants to discredit their claims, especially if she needs to win a verbal pissing contest. So when she wants support for "anxiety, depression and body image issues" suddenly everyone should drop what they're doing and scramble to provide asspats because she's just so brave for retweeting whichever empty corporate hashtag she thinks will get her the most social media clout.
I guarantee this is about retroactively trying to unfuck her reputation by making a lazy and inauthentic attempt at boosting for mental health, just like what she was trying to do constantly with her softgirl positivity alt. She was just lamenting on her Patreon how many followers she lost after getting booted from FA and the resounding fallout.
The thing is that her art theft wasn't the only contributing factor for her fall from grace in the fandom and she knows it; it certainly didn't help, but she did only get a temporary suspension for trying to resell OCs without permission initially. What truly nuked her reputation into the crater it is now was her calling out random people, big and small, over unprovable interpersonal bullshit no-one cares about, and using slurs and no-no words in the process.
When you start proudly collecting -phobic and -ist labels on social media like they're fucking Pokemon cards, people tend to view you as a liability who at the bare minimum can't be trusted to keep your personal opinions (or the personal opinions of others) to yourself.
So, I'm expecting to see more posts like this scattered in between her attempts to boost her hairlizard content in the future. I'm also pretty amused by how fast the @Abyssdrakes account (made entirely for reposting Patreon art to "protect my IP") turned into her primary public soapboxing space yet again, while most of her more recent works remain rotting behind paywalls on Patreon. She already has two (technically three if you include Softdilo) entirely separate accounts on Twitter for that purpose alone, not including her locked main.

Gave Aeryn hillbilly teeth and an atrocious Karen haircut because she doesn’t know how to trace Janeway properly into her drake fursona. She’s gone and made this her new icon on her “art only” twitter and I cannot fathom why, of everything she drew, she decided this was the best choice to use to entice people to look at her page more.
Is this the one of the new super unique alien features she’s adding to the hairlizards to deter those dang dirty copycats? It’s definitely been updated from how she’s drawn them every other time, they used to be broad with a little notch in the end and scaling on the sides. Now it’s a more narrow, forked tongue closer to what a lot of lizards have, but only slightly different because there are extra tines on the sides. But ultimately it’s just a pretty standard-looking reptile tongue, the extra tines on the side don’t do much in the way of making it read otherwise.
The only “alien” thing I read from this is how far down the eye has slid on the face but I bet that’s just standard Trish inconsistencies and not intentional, based on how all over the place the faces in the rest of the stickers are.
That exact split tongue with side nub design is extremely familiar to me but I can't quite recall from where exactly. Closest I've found otherwise was from Soyu-K's synthetic space dogs, lyzans. The smaller example on the left is closer to what Trish is going for I think.

I wouldn't be surprised if that is where Adiago got the idea from. She's been known to nick other artist's design elements like this, just how she copied the "hollows beneath jawline" idea from BeastofOblivion and a dick design from Murcifer, passing it all off as her own original ideas.
Soyu is also dabbling in space furries and Adiago eyeballed a pose from her before, so she's on her radar.

I don't think she ripped off that comic, the "big reveal" thing with showing what you physically are vs what your partner may have expected given your gender expression is a very common theme in trans comics. It's just funny she went that way despite being so hateful towards trans.
I like how Trish is adamant that her hairlizards are sex fiends that not only frown upon serious monogamous relationships, but also don’t even partake in casual PDA, yet with every single one of her drake fursonas she goes out of her way to show how soft and lovey they are with their respective hairlizard boyfriend and she brings up the bonding thing that is so rare and taboo. I also love that this Angelus character just throws out “I will bond to you to show how serious I am!” when her own writing make it seems like it’s so much more serious than that.
This also means, by implication, everyone that has a leased drake OC pair is acting against her dumb canon whenever they’re not just fucking and just being casually affectionate.
I also find it funny that sex parties are totally normal and casual sex is normal for stress relief but god forbid anything gay happens, that’s where the line gets drawn.
Somehow, despite being hairlizard-intersex and in danger of being killed for it that she has to hide as a man, Aeryn has had sexual flings. Aeryn has also apparently imprinted, probably a thinly-veiled reference to Megalo.
More shmoopy romance supposedly uncharacteristic of drakes and "oh no not the gay", despite using wording that you very much could use to draw parallels between gay/trans couples reassuring the other that they don't care about what others think even though society looks down on them. Aeryn simultaneously being described as having had flings and being at risk for being killed if her androgyn nature is discovered.
Once again, going out of her way to describe her fursona and the respective boyfriend as being uncharacteristically tender even though she's adamant it's super rare and drakes aren't like that.
Speaking of drake affection, she uploaded that piece of Aeryn and Angelus fucking to twitter. I swear she's used the phrase "I love drawing love" on SoftDilo.
Flipping this onto its side makes the anatomy errors even more apparent. Aeryn's shrunken legs look like they're coming out the bottom of her ribcage.
That's also a pretty common A/B/O trope, where omegas use meds to prevent them from smelling rapeable to alphas, and overall the "forced imprint" isn't that different from other A/B/O stuff either.
It does come off ironically close to hormone injections considering the sex hiding for society's sake and her having drawn some of her drakes with seeming top surgery scars and whatnot.
Edit: Also now that she copied the name of a Farscape main character (who is a Peacekeeper that's exiled and has to learn to experience love and friendship), the drake lore about casual sex seems even more borrowed from Farscape:
