ETA: Apparently, Trish's hairlizards and/or the robot taurs she just came up with are responsible for teaching humans what became the Greek language on Earth, a-la "aliens actually built the pyramids", and that is why there are so many Greek words/names in her universe.
Ah yes, that's how they got coffee, which was most likely introduced by the Ottoman empire around... 2000 years later after "classical ancient Greece" (500BC to 1300/1600). I guess they could have visited earth multiple times, but its weird the cultures then didn't mix more.
And if earth is canon, did the drake world then somehow evolve the exact same animals (sacabambaspis), or did they steal them from 440 million years ago?
It appears someone has been reading her own thread and got uppity about the posts regarding what she can actually do about someone making their own Abyss Drake.
Based on her explanation in her Patreon post, she doesn't understand how legal trademarking works. Not that this surprises me, as she'll often lie and make things up off the top of her head to make it look like she actually knows what she's talking about. But for someone who shouts about what a high IQ she has, you'd think she'd actually do her homework before opening up her big, narcissistic mouth:
Trish says the listed works are “trademarked property,” but this is not accurate for most of the listed content. That is because trademarks protect brand identifiers (names, logos, taglines), not creative works such as original species of your created world, such as her Abyss Drakes, plants in her world, etc. So, unless “Spacedrake Design”, “Emain: The Forgotten” etc. are registered trademarks (with ® or TM), most of this content listed isn't trademarked. Again, only items formally filed with the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office) as trademarks can legally claim this.
To extrapolate on that point, I used LegalZoom's USTPO search feature. Here, I searched for something I knew for sure was trademarked (Mickey Mouse), and you can see several listings for this trademark pop up for Disney Inc., as expected:
Next, I placed in several USTPO searches with the terms she has listed for her legal "trademarked" material, which, according to her Patreon post are "Spacedrake Design" and/or "Emain: The Forgotten", and to give her leeway, I didn't jsut search those two terms, but other ones which would be associated with any legal trademarks she may have. I came up empty on almost all accounts...
"Emain: The Forgotten" Pulls up no active trademarks under that name.
Nor does "Spacedrake Design":
Here, I tried an array of other terms just in case it fell under something similar to those, but not exact, just to give her the benefit of the doubt. "Spacedrake" pulls nothing. Same with "Space Drake", "Abyss Drake", "Space Drakes" and
"Emain" pulled up one active trademark with that name, listed as "eMain LLC":
However, it seems to be spelled with a lower-case e and an upper-case M, so it's "eMain". And when digging deeper, the trademark seems to be connected to a website/group dedicated to listing various consumer services offered in Northern Virginia, not to her world and story "Emain":
This also perfectly aligns with the business's trademark #35 listed above. Anything with a trademark number 35 is specifically for services related to advertising, business management, and office functions. Her story falls under none of those areas. Also, they are listed as being centered in Merrifield, VA, a location Trish has never lived in. So there is no way this trademark belongs to her.
From this, we can safely conclude that she's outright lying. Unless she has it under some other legal name that I'm not aware of. However, I have never heard her publicly refer to her content as anything other than the above. And given how obnoxious she is with reminding everyone that the above is her own, "unique" property and donutsteel it or she'll sue, I highly, highly doubt she would keep the legal name of her business secret.
"All reproductions will be met with legal action.” This is more of a threat than a legal reality. Legal action is possible only if she can prove ownership and that infringement occurred. It’s not automatic, and based on what I am seeing above as far as her proclaimed "trademarks" go, that is not a viable possibility at the moment.
“Not covered under fair use.” As alluded to above, she cannot unilaterally declare that "fair use" doesn’t apply here. That’s determined by legal judges, the law, and courts on a case-by-case basis, which means it varies widely from case to case and therefore, she cannot claim with 100% conviction that no "fair use" is allowed here. Also, courts often proclaim certain things “fair use”, even when creators claim it doesn’t apply, a caveat she is conveniently leaving out here.
In a nutshell, she is grossly misusing legal terminology and exaggerating enforceability. And again, I will ask, where would she even get the money to sue people for this? And for a case that has so little legal footing to begin with?

It’s been close to a month, let’s peek in at what Trish has been up to. Nothing huge, just scraps that have piled up.
Some art book updates, I assume, with a look at some Riftavians including a skull and an old character from 2011 or so, back when Emain was furry ravepunk Germany.
Emphasizing that Riftavains are "utter evil" by comparing them to being chihuahua/cat crosses.
I don’t quite understand what her aversion to actually having lips pulled up over teeth in a snarl, when she’ll still draw the muzzle wrinkled and teeth bared.
Some veil drake kid. It looks like she recycled one of the veils from her big camping piece for her art book. The wings on that kid are wildly out of proportion with one another but not surprising considering what she deems to be “quality” enough for her magnum opus publication.
Halcyon has been resurrected as a veil drake. I always forget she had some lame caveat in her WoW rip comic that had Hal be 1/16th drake or some shit to work her original dragon species into the world until she brings it up. I see she's implemented another shitty shoulder tattoo, as well.

Add another slur to Trish’s lexicon, these days the folks on the woke side of the internet (Bluesky especially) consider gypsy to be a big ol’ slur. Anyways, she’s “studying music” and multitasking in the way about all artists I’m familiar with do.
She resumed “Draketober” as “Drakecember”, and so far the art at least doesn’t seem to be full of traced or blurred AI backgrounds. The anatomy is weirdly proportioned and stiff as always, and the backgrounds are strange and half-assed in appearance. If these are each being done in a single day that’s fine, I guess, but there’s just something about them that still feels off even if done quickly. It’s her typical lack of understanding 3D spaces, if I had to guess.
Stiff attempt at a “walking forward” look. This also reminds me a lot of that piece she did under her SoftDilo alt of that dinosaur guy carrying a large fish.
Stiff, but not in a “tensed to fire a bow” sort of way. I feel like she gets so wrapped up in defining musculature that she loses sight of the motion that poses need to feel otherwise. Again with the aversion to making the gums visible in a snarl.
Lying about Kisu and Fern dating back to 2003 as usual. The furthest back I can find either of these is 07. 18 years, not 22. Anyways. Fern looks strangely tiny here, I think it's because beneath the wings it looks like there is no body at all, and if there were one it would be too small with where his head and tail "connect" beneath the wings. The tarp makes no sense and the ground is very flat. I also can’t quite tell what plane Kisu is on and what her legs are doing under Fern's tail.
Ezrael’s arms have bizarre proportions and her hands equally strange. The one on the left is atrocious. I think she forgot her spines as well.
It took me far too long to find this thing’s tail. The longer I look, the weirder the anatomy looks. Atrophied lower legs, lumpy trapezius muscles, weird torso, strange forearms, and of course the tail looks like it was an afterthought.
Wait, veil drakes are “pure dragons” and yet by her own logic, they can’t be because they lack wings a lot of the time and are called “drakes”. She herself has bitched about the nomenclature of dragons only applying to four-limbed, two-winged reptiles and anything not having that limb set-up not being deserving of being called a “dragon”. Anyways, she’s still copying and pasting that “these are the original flat-headed dragons don’t STEAL FROM ME” onto every one of her uploads to DeviantArt.
She’s uploaded a few new things to Displate, that old weird desert painting and part of the camping scene she did. She hasn’t uploaded the other pieces of the camping scene but I wonder if she’ll keep it as is, or edit out Sirius into a different drake somehow, now that he’s thrown her to the curb.
Speaking of Ion, he was streaming the other day, and who should appear in the chat but Crimson. The stream was over at this point but the chat remained, and she seems to be on friendly terms with both him and his wife. I’m sure Trish will love that.
Fast-acting anxiety meds may offer quick relief (hence the name) and loosen up her chest. However, they are highly addictive, both mentally and physically, and are only intended to be a short-term solution.
A lot of doctors will prescribe things like Xannies in small-count prescriptions in order to help the individual get their heightened anxiety under control, and then, once it is, they are not to continue. A person with an IQ as high as she claims to have (which we well know is a lie) would understand this.
Doctors will typically give out things like gabapentin, buspirone, etc., for long-term anxiety treatment, because they are highly effective and non-addictive. Paired with consistent therapy, this has a high rate of success. However, knowing Trish she just wants to take the easy way out so she doesn't have to work on herself. Truly a narc.
As for the camping Displate image, she chose a really weird spot of the piece to crop. She should have picked a different area that doesn't have one of the individuals staring at something off-panel, making it obvious it's a crop. That or she should have edited Kit's drake out to make it work better.
A "professional illustrator" would understand that.
Trish has posted some new entries for her drake art challenge, and I think the AI usage/heavy tracing- either of AI art or just other images- has re-entered the picture.
There is no way in hell she painted those pillows looking like that from scratch when every other element in her other paintings thus far has looked so half-assed and amateur. Especially compared to how Ezrael herself looks in comparison in this same piece. The painting style isn’t even the same. And Ezrael’s face is hilariously bad at this angle, swollen and squished. lol she’s writing off the slack-jawed vacant expression as Ezrael being “machine-like”.
Case in point, the attempts at the background elements from this other piece of Ezrael sitting on what is supposed to be a couch in one piece. Once again, Ezrael’s anatomy looks laughably bad, and to pull a vintage Trish critique out, lumpy. The alt text consisted of a single "a" so I didn't include it.
The background and perspective on this feast piece also isn’t good. She put sooo much effort into the food, she must’ve forgotten to put it anywhere else. The perspective is worse than usual with the different flat surfaces and how I’m expected to believe certain characters are positioned.
Kiss and Fern are a couple but they aren’t sexual, God. How dare anyone try and imply that. They're a soul-couple and that is so much purer and better than anything! She bitches about "gross people trying to imply things that aren't there" in the alt text. I find it funny that she's like this yet also has stated that she believes it's impossible to be a couple without sexual activity or else they're "just friends", when she's bitched about asexuals in the past.

Today, she posted her art year in review. There are a few pieces from her art book that hadn’t been leaked in some of the thumbnails.
I'm a little bit confused as to how Ezrael sitting on a tablet is supposed to represent "Machine", or her being part machine. I feel like the "technology" picture of her armor covering her is more symbolic of that. Also, why is she so eager for us to see the lazy brushstrokes she threw on top of those stock image pillows she painted over?
Also, kind of funny that she's now gushing over her hubby being the most amazing man ever now that IonToon has fucked off out of her life.
Also, lol at that alt text conversation. I love how she thinks it's A-okay for her to aggressively shove her opinions down others' throats and be a dick to anyone who doesn't agree with her, even over something as benign as liking colder weather over warmer weather. Yet when someone tries to do the same to her, she insults them and gripes about how "insignificant" they are while she blocks them like a total baby and runs away with her tail between her legs.
Not a whole lot going on, but I'll dump off what I've been gathering.
Trish posted more Drakecember pieces, and another looks to be AI-aided and has a really ironic description compared to how she talks about certain issues in the world.
She is so needlessly proud of her own "utterly unique" food dishes here when at a glance they look like bog-standard Asian dishes with a blue scheme to them. Apparently she knows about the perspective issues and doesn't care. She horns in a note that the veil drakes date to the early 2000s and precede her abyss drakes, therefore making abyss drakes a really old original species that did the flat head thing first.
I'm gonna say it, I actually don't see much improvement from between the two images.
Kisu and Fern are non-sexually bonded mates, and Trish invented head-bumping and rubbing as a form of affection between close people. Also Mistavians are over 30 years old because she said so.
Casual reminder of what Fern has looked like over the years online. This compilation is directly from her own FA, btw, and by itself makes her own claim of Mistavians being so old as a species concept fall flat. Having a character for so long is one thing, having a totally original furry species for that long and recognizable as such is another entirely. On his reference sheet from 2010 he was listed as "Prince of the Northern Mist Veil".
Back in the late 2000s, Fern was a species she lifted from Amai-Psycho who had lifted from Jennadelle called a "furr dragon" and what we see of other furr dragons make the species even less consistent.
Here's the club page she made for her own species at the time, which is still live as of this post, and the accompanying journal where she talks about the page. The formatting broke but this is far easier to read than actually clicking into the journal.

Talon seems to be derived from Mist here. Kisu is in here as well, interestingly, as are some other random ripped-off characters of hers from that era.
Anyways, on to the rest.
I'm putting the majority of her Drakecember shit under a spoiler tag except this next one.
She literally worked the plight of her Jewish people into her hairlizard world, and even had the gall to make it some message about never looking away "when evil is being done" and "an entire race being enslaved" when she's so hateful and vitriolic towards entire races (anyone Middle Eastern, Palestinians, Muslims, etc) and seems to think she's justified in wishing for their extinction. Also... the background looks suspiciously like she painted over something AI generated. Not as detailed as whatever she painted over for the pillows in another piece, but it's got that visual quality to it that her other backgrounds do not. I can't figure out what the hell those veiny "puddles" are supposed to be, the support struts on the building don't make a ton of sense, and that random structure in the foreground further makes it feel off to me.
Ezrael is the only drake ever to have special nanite bullshit powers that will protect her from anything that tries to harm her in an instant, and can generate weapons instantly too. Like the 'roided up super-soldier needed another special thing to make her so physically formidable.
This just in, the collar Ezrael wore was actually mind-raping her the entire time. The more she re-writes the collar to be this horrific oppressive device the more I wonder how the fuck she was able to supposedly rip it off in the first place, if it reduced her to that, and especially if it was in place for a full decade like she states.
I wonder if this grandma drake is a stand-in for her actual grandma.

I love how she draws the most generic looking feathery dragon and immediately has to stipulate that they are her original species and no you cannot make one, like anyone that so much as lays eyes on her work will be driven to want an OC of one for themselves.
She apparently removed a god from her hairlizard pantheon. I went digging in the Patreon archive, and with how she talks about the Siren being the way she is and using her "superior" terminology like she does when she disowns some creative thing that had been influenced by someone that fell out of favor with her, I would not at all be surprised if the Siren had been a way for her to make an enemy, probably Crimson, into the devil of her world.
Portrays herself as an accepting woman, wears a mask where she's twisted underneath and covered in self-harm scars and gets thrown away after her true ugliness is shown... on one hand this could be about herself, but also, this fits in line so well with how she still thinks about Crimson as this evil corrupt woman who only self-harmed for attention and only ever pretended to be nice.
New Year's art, where her and her man's drakesona look nigh identical and with the fattest snouts I've seen yet. Every time she draws these small icon-style pieces of them they morph closer to being the same size and I think we've finally reached end-stage.
For someone who hates holiday art, she sure does put a lot of time into making sure she draws something for New Year's every year.
Weighing in on America kidnapping the Venezuelan president, using her Brazilian husband as an excuse to talk about how people should be reacting. Brazilian, not Venezuelan, but since the two countries share a border it counts in her book.
Her dog barks all the time, apparently, but because it's an Aussie trait she just deals with it. I've met a fair amount of aussies and other herding breeds that are fairly quiet and well-adjusted in life, so I don't know what she's on about. I do wonder if she just means the kind of bark that the average person might interpret as "talking" versus the louder bark that is less desirable, and something one might have to "endure".

Trish had an interesting exchange on BlueSky recently, where she somehow decided to posit that sauce is a cheap way out of seasoning food, and ruins food more often than not the way that Americans and the British do it. (I also love that she, generally speaking, yells at people to be grammatically correct and yet she uses an apostrophe in "Brit's" when there shouldn't be one at all) I don't understand how she read this person's comment and understood it to be saying that sauce on food is awful.
"Most sauce use stems from ancient French cooking" the fucking French mother sauces, the oldest of which date to the 1600s at best? Not acknowledging anything developed in Asia and the Mediterranean that are still in use several hundred if not thousands of years later? Soy sauce is estimated to have existed as far back as 2,200 years in China. Fermented fish sauces have been independently developed in several places - including Greece, one of her favorite places - into the 3rd or 4th century BC. Yes, technically by definition sauce is not the same as seasoning. But throwing that weird line of thought about ancient French cooking and 'muricans and Brits being lazy with sauce just makes her look ignorant.
She has the mammoth-sized balls to say "Never stay quiet when evil is happening", in the description of that famine-themed piece, when she has....

Regularly traces and steals ideas/concepts from other artists and movies/shows/video games, yet has the audacity to accuse others of doing the same to her
Homewrecked more than one marriage
Has physically abused dogs by hitting them with shoes
Is routinely rude, terse, and aggressive to people leaving polite comments on her art, even her own friends (example: Lunar)
Treats friends with varying respect levels based on how much they can offer her/do for her
Openly flirts with other men when in closed-relationships
Has zero qualms about hitting on married men
Scammed her fanbase into giving her the funds to get a new dog under the guise of it being a "service dog."

Trish is going to be painting over a few of the Fern pieces she did for Drakecember, shown here, and his anatomy is all over. Fern’s wings are different in proportion every single image. Last time she did a reference for him, they didn't look like anything pictured here either.
His far wing is coming out of the base of his ribs.
Oh yeah, that stiff-ass pose sure is majestic. It has the same janky anatomy as the lightning dragon painting she did.

Trish is great with reptiles in her art and “quite strong” in creature and prop design. I’m sure that’s why so much of her work is either mediocre and forgettable, or directly resembles things other people have done.
In fact, here's one such example now. A “glowdeer”, what a great creature design and name.
She re-invented raised planters in a way that makes her sound ignorant about how soil replenishment in farming works, and implying that simply raising the plants prevents pests from getting into them. Last I was aware, most insect pests have wings.
“A graceful veil because they are beautiful to me” she says about the original drake species that is, of all her drakes, the most provably stolen from artists before her.
I assume the lower left is one of her soulless “noxanima” drakes, based on the eyes and the “ooh spooky” appearance. Not entirely sure why it would render the base drake to have such wildly different anatomy from a normal soul-having drake (as seen in two of the other images present, even), aside from the obvious disproportionate limbs.
This looks to be the blood bonding ritual she makes properly paired drakes go through. I can’t wait for the full description on DeviantArt to state that these two veil are MALE and FEMALE and NOT GAY, even though she failed to do anything to make them look sexually dimorphic. They also look quite young, with the big heads and smaller bodies/limbs, but I’m sure that’s just Trish not remembering how to do proportions as usual.
What is she doing to her UPSs that has her thinking they all go bad in 6-12 months? All the UPSs I’ve had have lasted at the least a few years, usually closer to 4-5 before they start getting weird.
All because she fixed her nebulizer by herself, she's now acting like people claim women can’t work with electronics, but she’s literally genetically predisposed to know engineering so it doesn’t matter, and also women should actually go into engineering more often because she said so, while also making a weirdly sexist comment about getting hair styled at the same time. I suppose engineering is another thing to add to the list of things Trish is naturally good at and has bragged about over the years, along with agriculture, horseback riding, weight-lifting, surfing, and seeing the color blue better than others.

Taran Fiddler, who she has sucked up to before, asked followers what they might like to see (also specifying that the answers probably won't change the kind of art normally posted). Trish stipulates dragons, and FEMALES. When Taran specializes in large muscular men and not so much women.
Edit: once again, she was bored to tears by something her man wanted to do with her, but when she dragged him into yet another one of her interests, he’s super into it.

Is 100% a mashup of / is blatantly inspired by several enemies from horizon zero dawn. Wonderful video game. This design does not do the originals justice at all. Images of what I'm quite certain the inspiration is are spoilered below as I do not know how to format yet.
This is the Grazer. Note the exposed canisters of bright green liquid on it's back and clean mechanical design.
This is the Fire Bellowback. Note the large tank of bright green liquid on it's back. Again it's design is well made and easy to read and has a clear purpose. These are incredibly satisfying to kill in-game also.
This is the Watcher. It is an unofficial mascot of sorts for the game due to it's early and frequent appearances. Note the large singular eye at the end of it's elongated head/neck.
The tail may be an original design point but it's been a while since I played so cannot speak on that one personally. Trish's end result is so annoying to me due to how well executed the enemy designs are in Horizon. Such a shame to see them repurposed so poorly.
This one is notably less concrete but the strange futuristic robot centaur here "ko-ji" with a hole/marking in or on it's chest seems to me to be similar to Al-An from subnautica below zero.
Obviously much more arguable here especially without colours to go on but it rang a bell so I'm putting it in.
In addition to these two there was a creature dump from a while back that I really don't want to go and search for due to my images loading very slow (tor user issue I think), that contained a creature whose lip lifted up and off it's mouth in a sort of threat display I believe? Trish's recent playing of frontiers of pandora confirms for me what I thought when I originally saw that, which was that it was lifted from a Thanator from Avatar.
This is the clearest image I could get of the "raised lip". This also reminds me that the two strands/antennae that appear on many of her designs could be inspired by the two "kuru" possessed by all pandoran wildlife. (The blue people are the only ones that have just the single braid/appendage).

I've played a fair bit of frontiers so can take a look at any screenshots posted though I doubt anything too interesting will come up where that's concerned. First ever proper post so to speak, hope this is clear enough that even people who've never touched even one of these games/movies can see what I'm getting at.
Trish, most of the artists you "looked up to" in 2003 were your age or younger. She also didn't get in shit just for tracing either; she got in shit for doubling down and calling everyone who asked her to provide credit or awknowledgements as tracers, that they were copying her, harassed them across multiple platforms, and stalked them for years while continuing to trace their work out of spite; one of Jennadelle's conceptart.org pieces was copied by Trish years after their initial drama. Once again, rewriting history to make herself the victim rather than the perpetrator of all the drama in her life.
A lot of the finer details have been lost to time, but some of it is still up on ED, and some of it I've saved. Schkyzm and Jennadelle, her biggest "inspirations", were actually her juniors. According to this, Schkyzm turned 18 in 2007. Jennadelle turned 19 the same year. Schkyzm was born in '89 and Jenna in '88. Trish was born in '87. If this all started in 2003, that would put Trish at 16, Jennadelle at 15, and Schkyzm at 14. Rikutida, I'm also including, was 19 in 2007, putting her as being born in 1988 as well. In 2005, Trish was the oldest and technically the adult of the group at 18. Jennadelle and Rikutida would've been 17 and Schkyzm, 16.
Here's a snip from that time frame, around when it all started. Schkyzm's on the left, Trish's on the right. Schykzm's has a small date in the corner that appears to be 01/12/05, and Trish's obviously is October 2025.
Trying to spin the narrative that it was older artists bullying her is funny. Trish caused a lot of the drama herself by doubling down on the fact that she did shit first and everyone else was copying her, refusing to admit otherwise, etc.
Here are some comment chains still up on the troll account Kizucorn, made by said artist friend group to give Trish a taste of her own art-thieving medicine, and hilariously, the DeviantArt mods sided with the troll account because their art quality was so much better they assumed Trish was the thief. The icon is the only piece of art preserved on the page, and it's pretty clearly a rip of the already-rip-off Kisu, but with better quality than Trish ever put out.

Yes, at the end of the day it was all a bunch of petty slap-fighting between teens, but the common demoninator in this situation is Trish failing to admit any wrong-doing. It's, frankly, quite sad that she hasn't changed in that 20 years.

Chase and Sowol are artists that Trish follows who are dealing with accusations of design theft among other things. They both have lengthy "addressing allegations" documents they have linked on their pages fairly recently.
Sowol, in particular, has been accused time and time again of taking heavy inspiration from Tokyozilla for their own OCs and when called on it she gets uncomfortable, and there's some back and forth as to whether or not the design thing has been "resolved" between Tokyozilla and them. In my opinion, no matter how much she argues it, I don't think there's any denying the obvious Tokyozilla influence in her work and main OC designs, and there's a reason people continue to state they are reminded of it. I know fuck-all about whatever is going on with Chase and their choice of text color against a light grey background at the time of this post makes the doc difficult to read, and there's a lot of it. The Tokyozilla/Starmireu thing, though, I'm more familiar with.
All in all, it's ironic as hell that Trish is championing for these "lesser artists" when it's been seen how she acts when she feels her creative work is being referenced. I know she's on Tokyozilla's blocklist, and it's not the first time that artist has been brought up in this thread as far as block-headed sci-fi dragon characters.

Trish's experience is also not comparable because she was the same age, if not slightly older, than the ones doing the "harassing", at one point being the adult amongst minors if you so care to look at it like that, and there were equal amounts of vitriol and name-calling going on, and there was quite provable tracing/design theft on her part.
Trish, also, has historically gone after people for doing less than this as far as "stealing" her designs, and has made ridiculous rebuttals herself to prove her designs are totally original and done independently/first. She thinks she invented flat-headed dragons and ribcage markings, for fuck's sake. I also find it telling that she is not name-dropping or boosting either of these artists' posts.

abyss drakes are the culmination of some VERY old species that i made up when i was still -a fucking underage child- and FA wasnt around at that time, nor was adjot or his drakes. so no, i couldnt have possibly stolen something which did not exist yet. lol.
my drakes take after my ONLY feral sentient dragon species, the sentient dragon species i imagined when i was 2 years old, that ran beside the car as we drove around. the dragon i imagined was similar to FALKOR from neverending story, but not a dogs face, a flat head, all white body and fluffy and iridescent like falkor, but otherwise just a white dragon creature.
when i first started to draw emain things when i was still in highschool, my first creatures were flat headed with pointed snouts. they came -before- sergals even existed. i am a fucking OLD artist. lol. all the people who stalk me and wanna talk shit about how i did this or that know im old, and know i have been drawing this material for the decades they have stalked me.

And then she changed her tune and decided anything having any similarities was copying her. I actually have at least one comment chain saved from when she decided to accuse someone specific on FA of stealing her drakes, that I don't think has been posted yet, as an example.
And the comments, screenshotted a while ago but the stamps read from that same time frame, September 2019, only a little over a year after her PSA above. Trish was flinging the "I invented flat-headed drakes in 2003" claim without providing a source, as even she knows the first abyss drakes were only from 2018 and weren't flat-headed until after that. If this was how she acted, then she should have no issue with seeing Tokyozilla's designs being used as heavy inspiration for Sowol's OCs.

tl;dr Trish is trying to paint herself as a long-suffering victim of artist bullying so long as it benefits her, and seems to defend the rights of others to do the same, except when it's her original designs being "copied".
Speaking of original designs, she's been re-working a dragon for her husband and it's, uh, sure something. What the fuck is happening with those wings. Those are straight out of her 2010 art when Kisu had big ugly paws on her wings.

An incredibly lazy drawing of her and her husbands’ chimera characters. They just look like her hairlizards with extra features at this point, instead of whatever mish-mash of reptiles they're supposed to be.
She posted a progress video of that Fern painting, and if you click through to the video, she discloses that she did all the music being used. Once again, it’s very forgettable. Every time she talks about having created Fern as a toddler I swear she emphasizes how much of a literal baby she was, this time mentioning being in a car seat when she imagined him.
She did possibly the laziest Mistavian quick reference I’ve seen from her. At a glance I’d have no idea and assume it was one of her generic fantasy-esque dragons, because of how different it looks from her actual Mistavians she’s drawn. This one is Fern’s father, and "king", though he looks more like has dwarfism amongst other developmental issues. Oh, and she mentioned her art book and novel, which are coming up on having been delayed for a full year behind what she originally told people the availability date would be.

Kisu got a darkened color palette, which she actually ran a poll for? She randomly dropped that she was the subject of some art project in 2003 and that’s how old her original donut steel OC is. If she didn't say she'd updated her, I'd have no idea that this was any different from the previous 2024 version.

She stipulates that Janeway is only referred to as a ESD dog for short but she's actually a qualified PTSD service dog, you guys, making her all three of the categories that dogs can have, outlined here. I have still seen fuck-all to prove that Janeway is actually a service dog and not just a generic "therapy" animal, which is something literally any animal can qualify as. Trish's "trust me" talk doesn't do anything for me, considering her track record of stretching the truth and straight up lying.

New fridge. Nothing too interesting; it’s a several thousand dollar fridge, she installed it herself and don’t need no man to do it for her, she only drinks filtered water and coffee, and the fridge she chose is a smart fridge since it takes stock of what you tell it you buy and it will suggest recipes. I guess keep in mind if she bitches about not having money later.
She did a piece for her probably-deceased grandma, which is sweet even if the quality and anatomy is off, especially on her dragon-sona’s head. She uploaded it to everywhere, including a time lapse to YouTube, where she once again did the forgettable music.
The reason I include this is in the comments, she disclosed to someone assuming she had a good family that she was so horribly abused by her family and her father’s neglect was worse than being physically beaten by a drug addict for a decade. Her mom has true and honest diagnosed mental issues, unlike all those people that pretend their abusive family has issues, and her dad stood by and let it happen. Seems we’re swinging back on the pendulum of her dad being a huge influence on her as a person to being the worst ever.
A week or so ago she was talking about playing PS games with her dad and beating a game for him.
With all the Fern posting she’s been gradually building up a little bit more of a following, probably from the same user base that enjoy the big blocky dragons drawn by the likes of Arukanoda, SpiritSai, Bardy, etc. I’m a little surprised she’s being so open as she’s been fairly vocal about being so protective of her generic white dragon being stolen, and the more she posts the “more likely” that is to happen. It’s probably just a matter of time before she starts thinking others are lifting him again.
I also wonder if a new callout account will pop up soon, as that’s usually what happens when she gains some traction.
Out of curiosity, I took a look at Ion’s socials to see what he’s been up to. His two most recent uploads, both done after he cut off Trish, imply that he’s been going through a lot of shit and his partner Lena has been there helping him to do better, despite bad choices he’s made. He also posted the first one to twitter, where there is an unviewable reply to it. I am almost certain that Trish is the reply and I would love to know what she has to say about it.
Thank you for those who do the (often thankless) job of cataloguing this cow. I don't have any personal beef with her or anything, but I've followed this thread for a long time. She is one of the finest examples of a midwit. Someone who has to talk about how smart she is, or how much credentials she has, or how much of a 'veteran' she is in a fandom... all coping to mask her mediocre life. Trish is a millennial(?) version of your bum relative who "could have gone pro." Everything she does-- dog rearing, music, art, worldbuilding, video games-- she's somehow a know-it-all God about. Yet she can't keep a following. Or even a small circle of friends. Her newest hubby is a FOB who probably doesn't know how crazy she has been over the years. A supposed pillar of the furry dragon community, but relegated to the few paypigs she can manipulate a few bucks out of.

Every time I think she’s finally moved on from publicly bitching about Meg and/or Crimson, she proves me wrong. Apparently she’s decided to announce she got a cookbook… which was a replacement for one that Meg allegedly stole from her, and use that as an excuse to bitch about Meg being a cheating cousin-rapist. Oh, but she didn’t know about the cousin thing when she was dating him or else she would never have been with him in the first place, and she had just “had the wool pulled over her eyes” the entire time. Like her other abusive exes over the years.

The cousin revelation all came about shortly after Meg made a post post-breakup asking people to stop associating him with her and her various views, and instead of rebutting his claims, she decided to post all that. She even threatened to go to the police/his family about it, but that was in 2021, and five years later, nothing has come of it and Meg and Crimson still seem to be pretty happy and unbothered by life goings-on.

A) Not all furries are trying to be scientifically accurate. B) She says all this, and yet her own winged bipeds lack any musculature I can see that would allow for sustained flight. I even found a random art tutorial page detailing the double scapula thing she's talking about. Pardon the amount of tumblr links, this was one of the quicker and more in-depth results that went beyond just images, and of course there was someone whose sole purpose for their blog was to hash out how it would work.
These slapped-on wings with strange proportions sure looks like an anatomy master at work considering where all the bones and flight muscles would go. I don't think it's a coincidence that she is prone to leaving the wings off of veil drakes entirely when she draws them most of the time.
Speaking of, she's apparently finished that sketch of Kisu and posted it to Patreon. I know it's not much but as we can see the shoulders, I'd love to see what the hell she did with the wings after all that ranting about nonsensical wings.

It's definitely the fact that they are happy without her and unbothered by her behavior that drives her mad. She goes off on these tears every time it crosses her awareness that either posted something positive on socials.
The sheer level of hypocrisy she has isn't infuriating, it's not humorous, it's flat-out baffling.
I'm awestruck that someone who relies so heavily on tracing and lifting designs and concepts from other places has the mammoth-sized balls to yell at other people for having characters or concepts with even the most vague and insignificant of similarities, like a dragon with a flat head.
And the most baffling part is that she doesn't even understand how hypocritical she is.
