It's worrying that they market these to kids given that children are fairly androgynous until they hit puberty and shouldn't need such items. Also who the fuck would be looking at a kid's nether regions anyway?

For people with lower dysphoria packers can be helpful, you can also get ones that enable you to pee standing up. They have nothing to do with sex.
That being said the comic is a bit cringy, and the art is awful.

It's possible, but it's been endorsed by Sophie Labelle which kind of lends credence to the idea it's legit IMHO.
