Grab your favourite books or handheld consoles, audio books, anything that takes your fancy and doesn't need to be connected to the net and take a wellness day as far away from being online as you possibly can. Go to a lake, go hiking with your dog or a friend, see the countryside.

The world really isn't as coocoo for troonypuffs as the normie net would have you believe and even IF you run into a transperson, they're not likely to talk about their shitty politics because they're too afraid to be unreasonable without their online hugbox.

As for TERF sites, I'm afraid I only know of Ovarit and mumsnet that don't seem to be entirely controlled with regards to "gender critical" speech. That, and here. All other popular social media sites I'd usually get my laughs from are harshly pro-troon and anti-wrongthink.
