If this is in reference to the hot spring scene in Chapter 4 then I can say that isn't what happens. Lucas has to hold his breath underwater and heat up enough to unlock PSI. The joke is that the blank screen and dialogue makes you think something very lewd is happening instead. I'm surprised the Starmen.net Fan Translation Team kept the joke - they'd piss themselves at the mere thought of including such as scene if they'd attempted to translate the game today.
