No, I'm comparing a bad marriage to a fair work environment. Chores are fine, we all do them. Being stuck in a bad marriage is worse. Dependancy sucks and leaves you vulnerable.
Workplace's are never perfect never claimed that, and usually shouldn't be an issue anyway if you have rights. And you still get weekends, I take it, and control over your own finances. Unless you're downright comparing it to slave labour in a third world country.
