Lawsuit filed against Colorado transgender rights bill

Department of Justice investigating California for allowing transgender athlete in women's sports

FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) -- The U.S. Department of Justice is now opening an investigation into whether California state law violates federal law by permitting transgender women to participate in female sports at state schools.

The agency says the investigation is to determine whether the federal Title IX civil rights law is being violated by state law AB 1266.

That legislation allows students to participate in school programs and activities, including athletic teams and competitions, with respect to their gender identity.

The investigation comes one day after President Donald Trump threatened to withhold California's federal funding over the participation of a transgender athlete in the CIF track and field championships.

I am broadly in favor of repealing Title IX (and most other Federal laws that enforce "equality" at gunpoint), but I am even more anti-troon, so this is one time I'm not going to complain about it being used to fuck MEN.
 
A reasonable amount is still redacted, including I suspect names of other targets. What is visible is an awful mix of mental illness, childish thinking (her death day planning includes a bucket list - such as looking at her toys and rewatching cartoons) and the truly evil:

God, Zoomers can't fucking write for SHIT. I've got crippling 'tism and shaky ass hands and even my handwriting's better than this gross, greasy pooner's was. Also, you sure can tell she was cripplingly dependent on her phone's autocorrect just based on how bad her spelling is. Christ, even when I was in third grade the spics in my class who couldn't speak English could get spelling right more consistently.

She was mentally ill and self-loathing. Hale especially took the latter to extreme by insisting Black people are better then Whites and also had an unrequited crush on some of her former teammates on a school basketball teammate. Think she also chose the elementary school to attack because children that young have no chance of effectively fighting back someone armed with a gun.

From what I can tell, it's primarily intended targets, her plans, and personal information (either hers or her victims'). All in all, stuff that actually has reason to be redacted, either to prevent Alex Jones' schizo fanboys from contacting and harassing her targets and their families, or to prevent another gross, greasy NEET from trying to beat her score.
