Yeah it's common among 'roided gym bros and pooners alike. T makes you produce more red blood cells, and throws off the normal ratio of blood. Normally you're going to have a slightly higher percentage of plasma to red blood cells. When you have more plasma, you typically have some form of anemia. Conversely, when you have more RBC, you have polycythemia.
I've also heard that elevated T levels make you retain water and puff up, but I don't think that's exclusive to T when compared to other hormones.
