so i was researching shit and came across this thing called transactional analysis and in it i found a more simple yet effective way to sort things out , i was gonna read some of Eric Berne's books this summer but shit happened and i couldn't
have you heard of this ? what are your thoughts ?

true theres similarities but TA is more interaction oriented like it doesn't say much about our or other people's personalities or psych but rather needs and wants
as the vid says it doesn't help us understand others much but rather have a clear understanding of our shit

I don't know as I find the PAC paradigm particularly sensible or useful, but the part about games and gimmicks was an interesting watch.
