There's a reason why FtMs advise each other to not get buzzcuts. The right pic could pass as an underdeveloped sixteen year old boy, but the right pic is just a butch lesbian.

The "bloat" is testosterone. Think about how men's faces sometimes get wide and fleshy as they age or gain weight. Same thing.

Being fat is one thing, but 6 foot fucking 3. I don't believe this person has had all these tranny surgeries. They probably just go on dates looking like OPL expecting guys to swoon.

The "glistening ham" look can just be caused by age, weight gain, drinking/smoking/drugs. In Kevin's case, yeah he's been on estrogen for a few years, but he was a hormonally normal dude for decades before that. A lot of the effects of testosterone are cumulative and permanent.

That said, there are MtFs who go on estrogen and it makes them lose a lot of fat from their faces, starkly revealing their bone structure....but that didn't really happen to Kevin.
