He opened the Ley Institute of Plastic & Hand Surgery, LLC and the Arizona Craniofacial & Pediatric Plastic Surgery. He also did work in Nogales, Sonora, for the border community.

He had to pay to fly for a consultation with the doctor twice and pay for both of those consultations on top of that. This person is 20 btw and is obviously still entirely dependent on his parents for college education. The pandemic will delay this from happening of course, but these dick butchers must be epic psychopaths to be this successful in persuading mentally ill young people--enough so to make a man who just turned 20 arrange to pay tens of thousands of dollars for this procedure on top of student loan debt.

It's not the doctors. It's the trans cult and the accept/agree/affirm and treat movement that the troon movement has pushed for. Instead of saying to a child that this mindset isn't healthly to think you're meant to be the opposite sex and working with them to figure out a therapy that works / bolstered by medication, it's all about agreeing and assisting them in their transition because of troons literally dying if they don't get what they want. The doctors, especially srs surgeons, are just profitting off what are usually very broken people trying to fill a void in their life that simply won't ever be able to be filled.

So here's the take-away I get from this: Take care of your body and you look better. The before is a lazy, slovenly slob.
