I wonder what it is about pre-pubertal hormone treatment that makes troons look so uncanny valley. Because you're right, I'd occam's razor it and assume he's a woman on the street, but he just looks wrong in some kind of subtle, unsettling way. Is it bone malformation from the lupron? Or the fact that they're treated with straight estradiol at consistent levels, unlike real women? The complete lack of any progesterone? Female hormones are so much more complex than what troons are treated with, especially during puberty.

Baron cohen’s Male brain theory of autism isn’t particularly accepted in the world of genetics. It’s more likely to be a complex interplay of genes which result in slightly different connectivity. It’s likely that you have a genetic susceptibility level inbuilt and then various environmental stimuli can get you the rest of the way. I also suspect that ‘autism’ is not one single condition, but the end result of many disrupted processes (rather like fever isn’t a disease in itself, and cancer is hundreds of different disorders.)
there may be a biological basis for dysphoric disorders in general - then how they manifest (BDD/anorexia etc) is largely dependent on the environment of the patient.
in short - there are a lot of autistic kids with a tendency to poor sense of self who are being preyed on by a socially contagious cult.
and the cervix has nerves - the pelvic sphlanchic nerves serve it. Anyone who doesn’t think the cervix is inervated is welcome to have an IUD fitted without a cervical block. Or give birth. Both of which hurt. A lot.

The nerves of the cervix are actually intimately connected with erotic sensation in general.
