Trans clause is honestly a fantastic idea. But I'm sure troon organizations would rally against it. I'm not sure how it would be worded either, considering troonism is varied, some get sex changes and others don't - some just exclusively crossdress and claim they're "nonbinary".
If worded in a very politically-correct way, since troons truly believe they've become the opposite sex and that their spouse's sexuality isn't congruent with their new sex, then I could see troons supporting it, since you're "no longer what the person married".

Doubtful on my end. My grandmother got dementia, and she started to not recognize my cousins/aunt who moved away. My family stayed in the area and she recognized us up to the day she was unable to communicate (though at one point she weirdly asked me when I was hired at the home we had her put in after she called us saying she had been kidnapped and was tied up in a basement- she was sitting in her recliner in her family room).
