I feel like they are, based on one or two context clues (most notably the comment section is turned off). It wouldn't surprise me that they'd slip one in there. I think it's part of the subtle conditioning they're trying to do to people. It could be part of the reason there's a spate of especially middle aged men Trooning out, as seen below.
Now, on to the main event.

Has anyone seen this YouTuber named Vlad NCL? He was formerly an Omegle streamer who did videos dressing up as a woman and trying to trick creepy old men. He now dedicates his entire channel to dressing up as a woman, and I think he is going to troon out. He went from tranny for a joke to tranny for real. Here's an example:
Here's a viral video of this dude getting molested by a nigga in New York dressing as a woman. Instead of pushing back or trying to run away, he just lets the nigga almost kiss him. I think he had to be turned on by it. Who on earth allows this to happen to them?

I'm not good at clocking black trannies, they do look masculine but many black women just do tbqh so it's hard to say. But it's probably better to hold off on using the comment section turned off as a definitive clue, since I think it's an issue related to it somehow being categorized under Youtube Kids (which have comments disabled as a rule):

You are right though about companies trying to condition (hah) us to accept pro-troon rhetoric as normal. Particularly insidious that they are a beauty company, so their marketing/adverts specifically target women, and they do a helluva job trying to groom women into being pro-tranny.
Exhibit 1: "Hair has no gender" page on the Pantene Canuck website (technically true, but TRAs always use this to mean "hair products for women be inclusive to trannies!!!11!" and not the less insane "long hair doesn't make you a woman and vice versa"):
I didn't bother to even try to get all the text because some of these go on so fucking long about absolutely nothing.
Exhibit 2: Penisnews fluff article on some male tranny hired by Pantene as a model.
Exhibit 3: Pantene throws money at some middle-aged goblin of a man to larp as a teenage girl coming of age in a short film.
Exhibit 4: "trans kid" commercial.
Exhibit 5: Middle-aged Iranian tranny model.
Exhibit 6: Japanese-targeted troon-positive ad project.
Sidebar, it's amusing when weebs think Japan is hecking based and redpilled on troonery because unfortunately, a lot of westernisms about trans stuff have seeped into popular media, culture, etc. It's not "as bad" as it likely will be on a given American college campus, but I think a lot of the people who assume Japanese (and Asians in general) are all conservatively locked down on the issue would be in for a shock. There's a pretty popular mtf youtuber/celebrity who's done guest appearances on fairly big shows in Korea, I saw him randomly one day on a show and was shook (his name is Poongja).
It's crazy to think because only maybe 10 or so years ago, it was basically unheard of. The only tranny in the public eye I'd ever heard of was Harisu and it was obviously a huge deal. But in the interviews I've seen with Poongja, he's generally treated very well and respectfully. You can tell there's been a shift where the coverage has turned from a freak show to more 'documenting a poor minority'. Female celebrities even defend him from hate comments, it's crazy.
He 'passes' visually in the sense that he's lolfat and that obfuscates things, but his voice is crazy deep.
In the recent protests against the Korean president, there were even the stupid progress pride flags.

And of course anime and gaming are now chock full of gooner trannybait. Sure, the average person isn't gobbling tranny dick but the tide has definitely shifted in favor of trannies in most cultures by this point, especially in the younger <35-40 age range, especially so for mtfs. Granted, I don't expect most to be necessarily accepting but we're in the realm of 2010s era of gay tolerance with this stuff IMO, so if the entire house of cards doesn't crumble in the next 5-10 years, I expect things to go full blown pro-troon all the time in most countries.
Especially since it seems to have lagged behind the west a bit.

The video itself is well-produced and I think they knew the pooner was a more sympathetic figure, since she is featured more prominently. It's also worth noting that, while likely in part due to being an ad, it has a much more positive tone than most tranny stuff does re: the experience of ~being trans~. More of an "it gets better" messaging than "tranny genocide" like it is now.
I'm sure there are more but my point to this huge post is Pantene is absolutely pulling some tranner shenanigans and has in the past. It's not the only company doing this and it won't be the last. We can try, as women, to vote with our wallets but the companies behind these decisions are so big it really doesn't matter to them (P&G is still going strong after the controversy over removing the female symbol from their Always pads, for instance).

I was a bit dismissive and flippant of this video earlier, but I've actually just watched a bit more of it - I'm about a third of the way through, now, and I think I've already recognised this dude's big problem.
Firstly, he talks about the male gaze in the way a lot of trannies (and even non-tranny male feminists) on the Internet do, as if he is not, himself, benefiting or partaking in it.
As a tranny, this dude was literally moulded by the male gaze. He's shaped himself after it. His entire sexual identity revolves around it. But he arrogantly and ignorantly acts as if the idea of the male gaze somehow has nothing to do with him.
He also spends an embarrassing amount of time talking about how the player can move the camera around in games to get risque or perverted angles of female characters - but you're the one choosing to do that, dickhead. I never played Tomb Raider like that. I was too busy trying to get the fucking jumps right and making sure the daft big titted bitch didn't fall off the fucking platform.
The most damning thing about it, though, the thing that reveals he is just an AGP fetishist, and I think the bottom line in all of this, is that he is completely unable to consider a masculine sense of being sexually attractive. He can't be sexy without being female. Only females are sexy. In his head, the word 'sexualised' is a synonym for 'feminised', and he makes this such a sizeable part of his thesis that he dedicates an entire embarrassing subchapter of the video to his own faulty logic. He claims that if you sexualise a male character it just ends up making that character 'gayer', because he's sexualising a male character the way you would sexualise a female one. It's a testament to his underlying heterosexual maleness underneath all this gender shit, because he can't comprehend how a woman would find a man sexually attractive or how a woman would sexualise a man. His idea of being sexy is being a sexualised woman - he has no idea what a sexually attractive man would look like.
He can't differentiate between the concepts of 'sexy', 'sexualised' and 'objectified', and these three concepts are entirely different and separate.
