"You didn't do any research" - Neither did any of the medical institutions that do this shit. The ones that are finally getting around to it find there's no benefit.

"You baselessly assumed you were trans" - Implies there is a "base" that is knowable and measurable, rather than just magical genderfeels. These people want it to be as easy as possible to mutilate yourself and if you're happy with the results it proves you're trans even as your body fails; if you realise it was a mistake you were never trans in the first place.

This sentiment is nothing new and I realise there's a sunk cost for anyone who's vocally supported this (especially for those who have done it themselves or enabled someone they know, as described by Helen Joyce) but these cunts still enrage me.

I love that. Thank you! 😍 Those are some of the photos from my Commitment Ceremony with my partner in August of this year. We have been together for 3 years, I came out in March of this year. I was fortunate enough to have a partner who is bisexual, and she also happens to be one of the most amazing, genuinely loving people in the world. We were already planning our commitment ceremony before my subconscious egg broke (I had even been hiding it from myself until it broke all over the place, lol). After I came out to her, we processed a lot and then came out of that feeling even more excited to go from having a straight ceremony to a lesbian ceremony! One of the most beautiful days of my life, surrounded by queer-loving people who immediately celebrated my transformation.
If only I could say the same about all of my siblings and parents and dozens of extended relatives. My trans identity has been rejected by every single one of them, while they throw parties about the election results.
I have literally found my own new family. Building loving community and uniting, I now realize, is one of the single most important things in the entire world that we can do and need to do to survive this phase of our world.

Not all homosexuals are the same. The people who most wanted the State to force wedding cake bakers to bake the gay wedding cake (and the trans celebration cake) were leftie, heterosexual shitlibs.
