Sure enough … it was. My friend said “I think you’re approaching what would’ve been your ovulation period.” I was like DAMMIT TO HELL! My fertile period started two days prior to her contacting me and there were plenty of signs that I was on it.

But I also notice that so many people are either uneducated about this or not as inclusive … how do you approach it? Do you call it a “period” or something else to avoid this discussion? My doctor is fully supportive when I mentioned my period and even validated it. How do you handle antagonists and naysayers?

I've seen A LOT of retarded period LARPing, but "fertile phase" is definitely a new one.
I also have no clue how he imagines a period to work. Usually period = the actual days of menstruating, but he said his was from feb 25 to mar 10, which is 2 weeks. Does he mean that this is his cycle? That would be way too short. And he seems to say he is ON his period AND "ovulating" at the same time, which is the opposite of how it works. I honestly cannot make heads or tails of this insanity.
Edit: Also, that moon cycle crap. Most women don't even have such perfect cycles of the same length every time so it could synch up with moon phases consistently. It would normally shift over time.

A lot of prisons give you a little more clothes than the orange jumpsuit which is more a county jail thing. Might be Prostate Cancer​

Just venting I’m a 53 pre everything MTF, recently out to my wife (which did not go particularly well) and not in a great mental space to begin with. I am in Australia. I had some abnormal blood results back in January. Last week I had follow up bloods which showed more abnormal bloods. I saw my Dr today and was told that while the results weren’t definite for cancer, they were worrying enough to send me to see a specialist.

I am currently in Limbo. I have an appointment for early next week and will most likely need an MRI before my appointment.

I found myself lying on my bed researching support groups, but instead I spiralled and ended up looking at the mortality stats associated with prostate cancer.

I will be totally honest, I am scared. Given my family history, I honestly expected to have a heart attack at some point, but never cancer. I know that the breast cancer gene is prevalent in my mother’s family with several aunts that it has turned up in. But my mother did not show the gene. So it was never on my radar.

What makes it worse is I am a nurse and know all of the ways this could go pear shaped. And on top of it all my wife and I are dealing with the fallout of recently coming out.

Tough news for my dude. Cancer is scary, and there is also the possible loss of pleasure when he has anal sex with random men behind his wife’s back. On the upside, he could now have a legitimate reason to block his androgens, and get a killer set of moobs as well.
