I have yet to see a truly happy Troon. In my experience people who talk about ~how happy~ they are are almost always coping hard. Exception being when they say they are happy because something good happened to them or a loved one.
I'm talking about people who randomly post "I'm living my best life" without any context. The same people who vague post and complain about things/muh mentalz the rest of the time.

Unlikely. That kind of "repressed memory"- where there is no evidence or recollection at all that something happened- is not common. The usual kind of PTSD repression is to know that something happened, but be blank or fuzzy about the details, to have a part in the memory that goes dark.
This girl has the classic presentation of OCD- the checking, the bargaining, the going online for reassurance, the "insight"- she knows she's being irrational but cannot stop. The thing about OCD is that the more you avoid your fears and cater to them, the worse it gets. The avoidance chemically reinforces itself as a "good choice" in your brain. The cure is ERP- a kind of therapy where for instance someone who is afraid of snakes is gradually exposed to snakes, or someone who is afraid of losing control and shouting racist epithets sits in the therapist's office and works up to a dramatic reading that guy's manifesto with 300 occurrences of the word "nigger." What that means for this girl? Well I try to not get TOO dark with my jokes so I'd leave that to her therapist.

Why do trannies flip out so hard about being "dead named"? I don't get it. This part kinda resonates. There is a lot of satisfaction to be had in overcoming challenges, but I noticed a lot of troons really shy away from challenges unless it relates to transition goals (which they half-ass anyway). It's like they deny themselves the ability to grow up or improve, and therefore all the good feelings and real confidence boosts of succeeding at something, by focusing only on trans issues.
In a way they feel like they are horribly scared of failure. Which would be more sympathetic a thing if they weren't such assholes about everything.
